Best, authentic Mexican food in Eugene! Prices are ridiculously cheap and portions are huge. Yes the atmosphere is not that great but when you want friendly service and fabulous authentic Mexican food this is the place to go!

I had an excellent burrito with carnitas. The tortillas are hot and seem fresh. Good flavor and tender meat. Came out super fast around 1:30pm. Great prices for what you’re getting(they def don’t skimp on meat). Sort of an old dive diner inside but comfy booths. Counter service so don’t expect free chips and salsa but they will bring your food straight to your table. I’ll definitely be back. It’s conveniently located near Home Depot and Fred Meyer so I can eat before or after shopping.

I wanted to love this place. Walking in, it looked promising… hole in the wall look, random menu board with things like Cabeza and Lengua, etc. I ordered the Chile Verde Burrito as-is and 2 Carnitas Tacos for my wife. The burrito had a good tortilla and decent size. Biting into it… had the flavor of chile verde but it was all rice, beans, and pico de gallo… if there was any pork in there it was minced into the sauce. Will not be getting that again. The carnitas tacos were decent. Meat had a good flavor. About average. Not greasy like other places. I still think Plaza Latina has the best carnitas tacos in the area. I won’t give up on the place… I’ll definitely try something else though. Friendly service. And fast for the amount of people there. A lot of people like them. But they must not be eating the chile verde burrito!!!

Amazing food, best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had in my life and it’s only $ 4.25!!! Tortillas taste like they are made in house and the vibe in here is great.

LOVESUPERTACO! The Veggie Burrito is awesome! Love the Veggie Nachos, and the Cheese Enchiladas are good, but not great. In my opinion they would be much better with some melted cheese in with the white Mexican cheese, also they are a bit dry– the Enchilada sauce isn’t what I thought it was going to be. Still, I crave Super Taco weekly.

SOYUMMY! I’m not really a Mexican food fan however my dad loves Mexican food and wanted to go here and eat. Best decision I made all day!!! The food took about 20 minutes to make even though the seating area was full. I ordered a chimichanga plate because when I eat Mexican food that’s all I eat. It came with beans, rice, sour cream, slices of avocado, and the burrito was smothered in sauce and topped with cheese. The flavors were divine and the burrito was so big that I couldn’t even eat half of it. Definitely worth the $ 8! The prices on the menu are relatively cheap. Everything was under $ 10 but don’t be fooled because you truly get your bang for your buck. I will definitely be back here again for their delicious chimichanga plate or change it up and try something different.

As a burrito fanatic, I promise you this location is a waste of time. The«steak» burrito is nothing more than a pathetic, false advertised shredded beef packed tortilla. With a few grains of rice, and 50⁄50 beans to shredded beef, it is not only boring after the first 2 bites, but also lacking in flavor completely. No salsa. No guacamole. No rice. This will be the first burrito of my life that my trash can enjoyed more. Bön appetite.

Best burrito in town! Way way better than Burrito Boy or Burrito Amigos!!! I eat lunch here fairly often and I have never been disappointed. The only disappointment I’ve had here is the line is too long and I use up my whole lunch hour having a burrito. But who’s kidding who here??? It’s worth it!!! ;-)

Being from southern California I’m always on the look out for real Mexican food. there is only a few places in town I well eat at and this is one of them.

This was our first trip to Super Taco and we were starving after work and wanted to continue our ever searching quest for authentic Mexican food in Eugene and Springfield. So far we have yet to find a place that we call«legit Mexican» food. Too often times Mexican restaurants have made food Americanized. We thought we had hit the jackpot with a well known Mexican eatery in Springfield. But it seems that the past year it has slowly declined and has become less authentic and more bland on each visit. At Super Taco my husband ordered six tacos that were two dollars apiece. The tacos came on double corn tortillas, and I got the chicken torta. My husband really enjoyed the fact that they have grilled onions and jalapenos sitting on the side next to the salsa bar. He enjoyed their three different flavors of hot sauce ranging from mild to super hot. I on the other hand can’t handle spicy very well, and find hot sauce to be overpowering on food. The tacos were huge! My husband is a big eater and after the six tacos he said he was massively full. My torta on the other hand was rather dry. Usually the tortas I get are grilled with butter or mayonnaise on it, so it gives the bread a light buttery melt in the mouth taste and texture. The one I received today was just a plain cold torta that had minimal mayonnaise spread on it. It was topped with avocado, lettuce and refrained beans spread on one side. Unfortunately the dry bread over powered the toppings. I really did enjoy the chicken, it was very flavorful and moist and did not have bones or cartilage pieces in it(to often this has happened to me at other establishments). We will definitely be going back a few more times to try some other dishes on the menu.

Good food. Huge portions for the money. The shrimp they use are actually a respectable size compared to most. My only complaint would be how long it takes the orders to come out, expect to wait 10 – 15 minutes even with just one person ahead of you. I don’t mind waiting as long as I have that expectation set.

I am Savage-Garden-Truly-Madly-Deeply in love with Super Taco. I eat here pretty much all the time, like 4 to 20 time a month. Here is the deal, their food is great, their service is good enough(they just hired more help so on the rise actually), their prices are INSANELY good!!, and it’s divey without being dirty. They have free spicy pickled carrots & jalapenos, limes, and toreados. The staff are all nice, friendly and remember you. **Tips from a seasoned Super Taco veteran: I ALWAYS call my order in ahead of time. 10 – 15 minutes ahead will save you 20 minutes during a rush. They do get really busy at lunch! Be clear if you want avocado vs. guacamole. If you order carnitas make it extra crispy. Alpastor tacos are the BEST!

Date night turned into taco night, and rather than pay a pretty penny at our favorite taco place, trying something new turned out alright. Stopped by Super Taco on a Monday evening after 7, figuring the rush had died down. Wrong! This place was packed and received a steady stream of customers while we ate there. Prices are very affordable, and there’s a wide variety of burritos, tacos, and extras. We chose the chile relleno burrito, and a handful of tacos– the carnitas, shredded beef, and grilled beef(not carne asada). The food came out within 15 – 20 minutes, but they were very busy. Burrito was HUGE, and pretty flavorful. We liked the tacos very much; the carnitas was the juiciest, and I really enjoyed the shredded beef. Would have appreciated the addition of sour cream and lime, but lemons wedges were the only citrus available on their condiment counter, and sour cream was an additional purchase. The girl working the counter was the only front of house staff, and she was BUSY, running food, changing bus tubs, taking orders, and staying polite and friendly. Extra tip for her efforts.
