By far the best drive through coffee stop! Must have! Best hot chocolate and service. They actually fill your cup here

Stopped at this adorable drive thru for a coffee! So fun and the menu options are fantastic and just simply great. I do like my Starbucks but while I was in town this is the only coffee I want as it smooth. The gals that work here are so kind and work so hard to keep the drive thru moving! You have to do a stop here as it is so worth it!

I stopped ordering low fat milk in my lattes at most JBs because I frequently ended up getting non– fat. For some reason the Broadway location is always friendlier and more competent. In general should hire friendlier people and train better.

As much as I appreciate the friendly attitudes there is a scarcity of efficiency and competence here. If you’ve got the luxury of waiting half an hour and the who cares attitude about blocking traffic in the theater parking lot, this is the Java hut for you. And don’t get me started on the mediocre result. Never again.

OK this review has been a long time coming and this is the straw that broke the camels back … I have a very special diet that limits me to what I can have such as NO Dairy products and if I have them it has to be non fat and no sugar added and sugar free drinks. well Jitter Beans office made a My Favorite Drink card on red cardstock for a Dietary Need Today I went with a friend to JB I have not had JB in a while the last few drinks I had where met with the wrong drink making me very sick or rude staff. well i hand them my drink card which tells them exactly what to make and how to make it. I hear the new girl(her in training or trainee badge was on) say it all correctly to the barista in a blue shirt. they hand me my drink and we pull away I take a sip and get sick instantly like out the car throwing up. I walk back to the window and the barista comes out the back door. «is their a problem» why yes i say you guys didn’t make my drink correctly. YES I DID she says. Please note this drink is suppose to be sugar free and non fat milk and non fat frozen yogurt. what i got was regular milk and ice cream and caramel syrup all over it. she argues with me that its correct I keep telling her no its not it made me sick so after 10 mins she finally remakes my drink. I WILLNEVERGOBACK to Jitter Bean oh and in a year in a half their prices have jumped almost 30 cents

We were driving up to redwoods from SF when we stopped by here. We hadn’t heard of Jitter bean before but we decided to try a single shot cappuccino. I generally hate the bitter tasting stuff they pass off as coffee at starbucks and I wasn’t sure what to expect here so I was pleasantly surprised to get coffee that wasn’t bitter and actually had great flavor. We liked it so much that we stopped on our way back to get another cup and thankfully the experience was the same. If you like Philz, Blue bottle coffee then you will probably like this one. btw the Barista’s are very friendly too, Would definitely be back.

I love how friendly the staff always is. Very inviting. The fact that it is a local business is awesome as well. On the downside… they seem to be a bit inconsistant which sucks because I really enjoy going there. I find that if I get something too fancy they always forget something about it. For example: Nonfat Caramel Latte with extra shot of caramel. They will forget to make it nonfat. =(Anywho, I will keep going because the fact that they are trying to fatten me up by not making it non fat is not enough to keep me away!

These are the nicest JB barista’s in Humboldt County! Very fast service, even when there’s a long line!

Best hot chocolate I’ve ever had. As a lactose intolerant citizen, it was nice to walk in to a coffee shop that served two, yes, TWO, alternatives to dairy milk. You can choose between soy(usually the only choice) and almond milk. This time, I opted for the almond. I must say, the chocolate was silky smooth and the light almond taste was amazing. Also, I love that when the barista hands you your drink, you receive an Andes mint. At first I found this puzzling, then I realized, it’s to help cure your case of coffee breath once you’re done. A cute and unique gesture. After moving from the land of Starbucks to the land of one-Starbucks-but-it’s-20-miles-from-you, I was a bit devastated, but Jitter Bean is a perfect and better solution.
