This location is pretty tiny. We came Friday afternoon and it was not crowded. A lot of the machines were not working, and there are not that many machines anyway… The cleanliness is not there either. Did not try the food, so I cannot judge much. Mainly I was pretty frustrated about how much money I lost on the broken machines. I expected spending a lot of time at this place, but we left about an hour later. The one is Dubai is way better.

We came on a Wednesday around noon time and had the place to ourselves! They cleared some stuff and put new games. My son enjoyed it a lot!

Was not a very good place to come. Guy forgot our drinks and my fork and then I had to wait like 10 minutes for him to come back. Pizza wasn’t that great either. Didn’t smell wonderful. There’s better places to go if you’re looking to have fun with your family.

Just spent 4 hours at this place with a 5 year old. This CEC’s doesn’t have any tubes to climb in or ball pit to jump in, which surprised me. First time I’ve been in a CEC that didn’t have these. Not a bit loss, though, since my kid was looking to play arcade style games(also, less time spent having to corral when it’s time to leave, since you aren’t having to get kids’ attention to get them to come down out of the tubes). Wasn’t a dealbreaker for us, but a good thing to be aware of if this is what you’re looking to do when you go. There weren’t many games, but there was a decent variety; a few rides for smaller kids, some skee-ball, some shooter games, a few racing games, basketball. Among the kid’s favorites were a kid-sized racing game, a game where you throw balls at the items on a screen, and a touchscreen whackamole. There were a few games that were out of tickets or not working and it wasn’t clear until we used a token. Again, not a big deal, since all the games were only one token, but would’ve been nice to know before popping in the token, since pressing the return token button never seems to do anything(and it’s hardly worth trying to chase down an employee for a lost token or two). We ate lunch there. The cheese pizza was okay. Nothing to write home about, but better than I expected to have at CEC’s. The kid’s nuggets were tasty, but surprisingly small. They looked about as big as maybe two tater tots each. The place wasn’t too busy when we first got there(noonish?), but got pretty busy around 1:30 or 2pm — probably in part because of the one or two birthday parties that were booked. The only thing I would really complain about is that they may want to reconsider having carpet flooring, given how sticky it was in a few places. I’m relieved I chose my sneakers instead of my sandals, given the fact that I could literally feel my foot peel off the carpet a few times. Gross.

This place is the perfect location for the college students, graduate students, or young professionals that want to be a kid again. I have come with a friend here for lunch. This is the best time on a weekday, because the kids are in class. You have an almost totally empty place, with a lot of games. The pizza was better then I remembered it. But if you aren’t sold on Chuck E Cheese food, this location is next door to a Panera. I love the games here! A friend and I have worked through a two person Terminator shooter. This games is a game or two down from at least 6 Skeet Ball games. I have always felt at home here, and it is a place to destress.

This is not the place I once knew and loved when I was little. Brought my Niece here last week and was disappointed in all that has changed. There is no place place for kids to run around and no ball pit which I thought was one of the main attractions. Chuck the mouse no longer has his entourage, the show that is now put on lacks the feeling of a live performance. There aren’t a lot of games and the good ones are always occupied. The one plus is that Chuckee comes out and dances with the kids yes I give this mouse an A++ for his dancing skills and the kids absolutely loved it and oh Ya he throws free tickets that are gone in .5 seconds. The food is average but they do have a salad bar which is pretty good considering. I was disappointed but didn’t drive too far so I’ll survive don’t think I would come back again.

When you have kids, you go to many, many, many, many birthday parties and so far we were able to avoid one at Chuckie Cheese’s… until now. My son’s good friend turned 7 recently so off we went. The good — 1. Blessed be the mom who decided to have the party on a Tuesday from 5−7pm! The place didn’t start getting stupid crowded until 630pm so we had plenty of room to breathe. 2. They stamp yours and your kids’ hand at the door for security and checked to make sure our codes matched on the way out. 3. Hand sanitizers could be found all around. 4. They had a good variety of games and all were working. 5. They had plenty of token and ticket counting machines. 6. Plenty of parking in close proximity to plenty of good stores in the plaza. The meh– 1. I wouldn’t call the place dirty, but I wouldn’t call it clean either. 2. The pizza was passible. 3. The staff was present and attentive when needed, gone when not. 4. The prize counter is small, packed with lots of junk that is going to break and end up in a land fill. 5. A moderate amount of tables. I can only imagine the chaos that ensues with multiple parties happening at the same time. 6. There is a scripted party plan that the staff presents with no joy. Half of the kids didn’t notice, but my kid who said, «Shouldn’t they be happy it is *x’s* birthday? « The kids had fun in a controlled environment. I HAVE to think that this experience was less negative than I expected due to the day and time there. I can’t say I look to come back but if you are considering going, try the 5−7pm time during the earlier part of the week.

I was certainly not looking forward to this place for a birthday party on a Sunday afternoon. We arrived at 1:40(traffic!) for a 1:30 booking and were promptly seated. Our server was great, she brought over cups for drinks and took a food order. While waiting for the food all the tokens were dished out and the kids went off to play. The food came out relatively quickly and we dug in. Pizza, chicken tenders and sandwiches were all devoured as the group was hungry. With that said, the food is awful… I mean really bad. They put on a great birthday show for all of the kids with Chuck E Cheese coming out and lots of singing and dancing. By 3:30 the game floor was absolutely packed. At this point all of the ticket machines were broken and it was starting to melt down, with the police even getting involved. If you are going to go there for a birthday party, have an idea of what you want to order ahead of time and make sure you book the early party. The later one is simply too crowded.

I usually come and bring my kids to play in the afternoons. It’s very crowded, with several unsupervised bigger kids bumping into the little ones… just a bit chaotic. Last time, several toys were broken without any signs telling you this and the only way to know it is putting in tokens that you will never see again. Also difficult is to redeem your total points ticket for little toys or something else; most of the time there is just one person to see many kids pilling up there… Anyway, the kids love the place, what else can I say?

I love this location, only because everything else is in this awesome plaza. This CEC gets a little overwhelming, but the kids have fun. I know it gets a bit hectic with dozens of children running around, but they should be able to keep up with cleaning a bit more. Theres a lot of trash on the floor. Also there should be better prizes!

I wrote a review for Chuck E Cheese in Natick and this store is just crazy. The store is dark, with lots of games. But, it is overly crowded, unsupervised with some kids too old to be playing there. The crowd here is just undisciplined, almost like letting a cage of animals loose. Parents don’t even pay attention, which shows how much they care. Kids get injured by running teens, who are too old to be running around there. The staff can’t throw them out. It is located in a plaze with stores like Target, Home Depot and Kids R Us. I never seen a birthday party there, so I cannot comment about that. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place as there is obviously a safety concern and getting a huge headache afterwards.

I am here to disspell the aweful reviews that other ppl have placed on this establishment. What I will say is that my daughter and I had a wonderful time celebrating her 2nd birthday last saturday. Lets start with the negative and end on a positive note. I will say that they are very money hungry and everything is ridiculously expensive. They plan like 10 parties at the same time, which gets really crowded on the weekend and once ur table time is up, another family is already coming in. It wasnt all chuck E’s fault, some ppl in my party showed up extremely late but we managed to eat, cut the cake and open presents before we got the boot, lol. The food was delicious, we had 4 large cheese pizzas, 40 buffalo wings, and a sandwich platter with fries. My mom also got the salad bar and its true the lettuce was wilted but with them being understaffed, underpaid, and under recognized. I can see why. I just chose to make a caesar salad with bacon, tomatoes, croutons, and caesar dressing, it was DELICIOUS, and worth $ 7 of my mom’s money. My daughter received tons of gifts and i was very emotional and very thankful. She was deathly afraid of chuck E so no dancing with him in the front with the teens or cutting the cake. By the end of the day, she was sound asleep. I had to open her gifts for her. Overall, we had a great time and our helper Jasmine gave me a serious discount. I asked her if we could tell her manager that she did an amazing job but she said unfortunately NO… WHAT? these teens deal nicely with screamin kids, rude parents and they don’t even get recognition… typical. I walked out with the Super package for 8 kids and 14 adults spending exactly $ 250.26…still expensive but hey, nothing is too good for my baby girl. I probably won’t do another birthday party there but just going for fun would be better. The location is great, lots of other stores and restaurants around… Loved it! p. s. I guess im not as afraid of Chuck E as a I was when I was a kid, can’t say the same for my friend who hid herself under the table and threatened Chuck E’s life… LOL…good times. Can’t wait until next years party when my baby turns 3. God is good!

This place is a mob scene… I would love to go here more often with my son, but I cant afford to feed him there… It makes no sense… He is still al ittle too young to get it & cant do all the games yet, so Ill take advantage of that & not go that much till next year… Its just always a crazy place, partly in reason because the one in Dedham(closest one to Boston has closed — so now ALLLLLL of Boston has to come here) & ridiculously expensive for a pizza! But it is good pizza! Say Hello to the Police Detail at the door, if thats not a sign of whats to come as you enter, I dont know what to tell you!

Come to this location at your own risk on a Saturday. The place was mobbed beyond seating capacity, the staff was visibly stressed out, food took an hour to get to us and we got a single pizza. There are more games for adults and older kids and the stuff for the younger kids is in a corner. A hint of what was to come was the very visible police presence, 2 uniformed Everett Police officers with their cruiser out front. At least the guy at the front was nice, and the kids had fun because well they don’t notice that kind of stuff just yet…

When dad asked me what I wanted to do for my 5th B-day I knew I wanted a party at Chuck E Cheese. While Chuck E Cheese in general is just so kwel(I am yet to go to a Chuck E Cheese I do not like, where else am I expected to run around and scream like a nut while having a great time?) this particular one is outstanding. This place is just so cool. Large for a Chuck e Cheese, An awesome overhead maze to climb into, all kinds of games, and the games are only 1 token each! Plus, if you are having your B-day here, you get to go into the ticketblaster! My dad says making the reservation online was a snap. Once we got there, the hostess greeted us and the table was all set. She gave dad the option of how many kids to pay for(4 min). We got a hour of free play, and then dad had the option of telling her when to have Chucke come over and say hi and bring me my cake. I got a cool crown, a medal and I was made to feel super special. We then got to play for as long as we wanted since the place was not too crowded. I had the best time, the games were awesome(I like the skeeball the best) —– Dad’s note: I am not too sure what the reviewers here are thinking. This place is clearly meant for little kids. Yes, it is not the cleanest place around. All the games we tried were in good working order, and the restrooms were OK. But to have my son’s B-day party here was super stress free, no clean up, no mess, no fuzz. My son had a great time, and at the end of the day, that is what counts. People need to chill out and keep in mind the target audience. One note: if you are having a party here, you can’t add your tip to the credit card bill at the end. Bring cash or buy something small and ask for cash back at the register. As good as it gets for having your toddlers party at.

One of the most disgusting and filthiest place for children. Went in and returned in 5 mins. Damn shouldn’t have bought 5 dollars worth of tokens beforehand. I mean it’s very small for the amount of kids they get. No family restroom in a place this. Restroms are filthy. It’s just crazy. Every games are occupied by kids without tokens. I couldn’t find one empty spot. My first and the last. Rather take my son to the park. STAYAWAY You WILLNOTENJOY!!!

I am sorry to rain on Michelle K’s parade, but throwing a birthday party for an adult here just might be one of the worse idea’s I have come in contact with. I just experienced this phenomena last weekend. I did end up having a good time, but there was way too much weird sh*t going on for me to give this place a good review. Nicholas G. has it correct. This is one of the filthiest places I have seen; and I grew up on a horse farm, so that is really saying something. The whole place is carpeted, which I originally thought was a very stupid idea. The carpeting would be so dirty at the end of the night that the cleaning process must be ridiculous. I then realized that if this place had non carpeted floors, the cleaning crew involved would be large and have to stay on the floor 24⁄7 so that no stupid little child would slip in spilled soda. And that my friends, would be too expensive. So they have carpeting, carpeting that though dry, it is still squishy. *shivers* The«Birthday Celebration» part was hysterical. Having to dress up in the Chuck E. Cheese costume must be the worst job in the place. The poor man in a rat suit comes out from the back and is literally mobbed by children. He sought out my friend, whose birthday it was, and latched onto his hand and proceeded to parade around the«stage area». He also danced with my friend and wrote him a «special» birthday message on the back of a paper plate. Then the rat suit left. The whole thing maybe lasted 10 minutes and provided enough pictures to last a life time. Now you may be wondering how I know it was a guy in the rat suit… well after Chuck E. left an employee came out and started to talk to us, and he told us that it was him inside the suit. Way to break the illusion buddy! Truth be told, that just added to the amusement factor of the night. More things that added to the amusement of the night: — The sign above the salad bar that states«See Cashier For Clean Plate» — Only one token machine in the whole place worked — There was always a screaming child with an obese mother at the Ice Cream machine. — I totally forgot how low to the ground Skee-Ball was — The noise level — The amount of children that DIDNOT have shoes on was alarming — The lack of parenting skills was even more alarming — The animatronic Chuck E. Cheese was assaulted just as much as the live one — It also had a broken wrist… I don’t think that I can give a worthy description of the humor in this, I think it was something you had to see. But trust me, it was hysterical. Something that did not add to the amusement of the night: — My friend who threw the party had her wallet stolen. Her wallet had the first payment for her new car in it, in cash. Chuck E. Cheese employees were not as helpful as they could have been, a fact that leads me to believe this is not a rare occurrence for them. Three stars for the ridiculous-ness of this place.

I will never step foot in this place again, let alone any children that i may have in the future. Walked in the door and had to stand at some stupid rope for 5 minutes to be let in, when i tried to breach security, staff ran over quickly. After entering we decided to play some kids games for a bit. The place was extremely packed, as assuming it would be. There is no upkeep of this place as there is trash all over the floor and everywhere you walked you stepped in something nasty. On top of that the place smelled like rotten cheese and piss like some hobo lived there after hours. We were trying to decide if we wanted to eat here, but after viewing the horrid behind the counter and the open salad bar, which you could only tell little kids put their hands all over, we left. Lets just say, hand sanitizer was used after every game we played and also on the way out… DISGUSTING
