Kipo’s Pizza

The Greeks are local, experienced and trustworthy. Their Greek salad is fantastic. They have a really unique recipe for the pizza, passed down from generations of Greek blood I’m sure. Their subs are solid, plentiful, and cooked to perfection. Make sure you’re clear enough with the older guy on the phone, he has selective hearing lol other than that great service, reliable deliveries too.

Classic Greek pizza shop that is great for some quick food especially like pizza, subs, salads and baskets.

I am actually quite surprised to see some of these certain reviews. For those of you used to normal italian pizza, this wont be the same. It is a Greek place. The pizza is totally different. Its a crunchy type of crust and the sauce is a little sweeter. I have always enjoyed it. Me, my family, and friends have been going to Kipos for almost my entire life. I have NEVER had a problem with the food, deliveries, or customer service. I have ordered multiple things such as subs, salads, dinners, pizza, and calzones and it has always been good. My favorite thing there is their buffalo chicken dinner or the buffalo chicken calzone and the bleu cheese they use is awesome. One thing you wont have to worry about is quantity! They give you so much food. They are not skimpy like how some places are nowadays. Anytime my friends and I are out and about in Everett and we want to grab lunch or something, Kipos is the 1^st to come to mind. I will always be a loyal customer to Kipos.

Never had the pizza but hot damn if the grilled chicken Caesar salad isn’t incredible… and huge. Get the salad for dinner and you will most definitely have more than enough for the next days lunch.

kipo’s use to be a great place to eat. i have brushed off friends tales of it going down hill and bad service… until today. i placed my regular order of tuna salad sandwich grilled with extra pickles and mayo… the woman who has helped me many times before basically jumped down my throat and said that’s impossible to make… really since when… so i changed my order. she then said she can make my sandwich… but with a very nasty attitude… i finally gave in and said ok yes please do make it… omg i was served a sandwich with a layer of mayo as thick as a slice of bread. i couldn’t even pick it up. it was nothing like they usually serve me. i took it back to the counter and said ‘this is garbage’. it was clear that she did it on purpose. she went loco… screaming at me you leave you leave i call police… also screaming i not see you face ever before… well lady looks like alzheimer’s has got you now. i understand why other’s have given up on your restaurant. you lost another loyal customer today. say goodbye that couple hundred dollars a month my teen’s use to spend at your establishment.

Can’t go wrong with a grilled chicken greek salad from this place. They give you tons of grilled chicken, feta, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers and onions and their house dressing is awesome!

This one is going to be long. IM SOO ANGRY…
So we come home late & think «Ugh too tired to cook, lets order subs»… I remember that I got a Kipos menu in the mail yesterday so hey, we havent been in forever lets give em a try & INSTANTLY I was met with Opposition, but I said Hey its subs… how bad can it be?! I should have listened!
So we order, a Turkey Sub, a Chicken Parm sub, A Cheeseburger Basket (which had enough fries for a small village btw), and I order a Grilled Veggie…
Easy enough right?! So you would think… I tell the guy on the phone I want to use the card he tells me the driver now has a machine, Ooh nice I think, Technology now a days… Im told about 40 mins, I hang up…
40 Mins passes & the food comes, It might have been less than 40, it didnt seem like an unusually long time, but we werent timing…
So we start to dig through the bag & I notice a Chicken Caesar… I think, «Hey we didnt order that», I start to look at it & realize its a wrap, so I call them & explain that I ordered a Veggie… He apologizes nicely & says he will send the right one…
As I sit there for a moment I think, (Im neurotic like that) Wait… is he gonna send me a wrap, so I call back again & explain how I want a wrap, he then begins to yell at me & tells me «No you didnt, your ordered a Chicken Caesar… and how am I supposed to know what you want, you need to be more clear»… Im outraged at this point, Like WTF. Did you really just say that to me, when clearly ENGLISH is not your 1^st language…
I restated, I clearly said Grilled Veggie & why would I have to say Sub when that is the section where it is listed in YOUR MENU… he says” well next time you order, YOU need to double check you ask for the right thing”, well trust me buddy. .THERE WONT BE A NEXT TIME…
Im fuming so I hang up the phone, 10 mins passes & he calls me back, the BF answers & he proceeds to ask him, «What did I want again»… Ooh and the 2^nd time I called back, he yelled at me & told me he wanted the 1^st wrap back!!!
So hes yelling at the BF like What do you want, and the BF had to tell him at least 5 times what it was I ordered, Grilled Veggie with Lettuce (Nothing extreme)…
So the correct sub finally comes but by this point, Im so mad & had been eating fries I wasnt really hungry… The driver wouldnt even take back the sub, he stated the guy on the phone was an asshole…
So thats my story, Kipos just lost a customer & its unfortunate because all the drama aside, it was a decent Grilled Veggie…
CUSTOMER SERVICE makes or breaks a business Kipos… Wonder why you have new owners every 5 years!!!

The food is pretty good here. I have ordered fried ship and fingers and the shrimp was fantastic. Huge plump shrimp. Good deal. I live close and am sure I will be ordering again.

crunchy crust, all the way. If you don’t like a nice crunchy crust, this isn’t the place for you. But, if you do, then chow down!!!
Haven’t been here in years, but I’m glad they’re still around :)

I am a pizza dough snob. I like it soft, semi-​chewy and yummy, Not hard and crunchy. To me, this was a little like cheese and sauce on a large and stale cracker. (Though their menu claims that the dough is made fresh daily) We ordered delivery. It came within 45 minutes. The delivery guy was nice. And for your info, if you order delivery by credit card, you have to specify how much of a tip you want to put on when you call in the order, because there’s no way to add one when it’s delivered. They don’t tell you that when you call though. Feel bad for the delivery guy.
