Desert Sun

I’ve been tanning here for a year and a half and they are great. I don’t know about other ratings here. I’ve showed up at 9:40 PM. They were open and friendly. No complaints about the time. I’ve been there at 10: AM and they were just as friendly. The people know the products and don’t try to upsell. These people are GREAT and I won’t go anywhere else. ALL OF YOU ARE GREAT. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

They say they are open till ten, lies… don’t even try if it’s close to nine! Same with the Everett Mall location, I second the other girl, hopefully it switched to Seattle Sun Tan very soon :)

So I’ve been tanning at this location for like 5 years and at first I thought it was amazing because of the staff Especially Daniel the manager! Daniel always greeted us with a smile my mother and I. The past 2 years I feel this salon has gone down hill due to the staff always pressuring to buy products and lying about the product and the equipment! The Manger that runs this salon is the worse with lying! She sold me on the body wraps and when I told her I wasn’t pleased with the results and wanted a refund or store credit she told me they can’t due that… so now they sit over a year now! The last time I tanned there she caught me off guard coming out of a bed and put me on the spot with another customer trying to sell body wraps telling them that I love them and she gave me free product to use with the wraps… lie!!! I paid 90 for stuff! Most recently I tried this salon again and once again had a problem… imagine that! I went in trying to restart my membership because my card was compromised and didn’t give them my new card number so I had to restart. The girl behind the counter couldn’t explain the package I was trying to purchase correctly so I asked her again to better explain it and she go upset with me and said… I don’t know why you think I’m ripping you off!!! I was so upset I told her those are your words not mine and she needs to learn how to talk to customers better! Then left. It’s has been a few days now and I’m still upset about this situation! Sincerely the frustrated, upset customer that will never return to the salon

My purpose was to stop an ongoing charge. The desk staff said to come back tomorrow when a manager was there. I asked when and was told «I said tomorrow» Then I was told «its after the 24^th, The charge has gone through».

Poor customer service, unprofessional and unorganized young ladies working here. Last time I was here the system was down and I couldn’t tan because she couldn’t look my account up. Frustrated with this place, since I pay nearly $ 100.00 per month for membership and always have problems here. I would recommend everett mall desert sun over north everett salon any day!

Like all Desert Tanning Salons, they do bad business. When I recently signed up for a membership they waved the initial member fee for someone in front of me but did not offer to wave it for me. When I asked about it, I was told I was not eligible for that (?). They told me that a promotion listed on the front door, $ 44 for a month of spray tanning, was something they weren’t sure about and «probably doesn’t come out until this summer or something.»
This location is close to my work. I hope it becomes Seattle Sun soon, like most of the other Desert sun salons.

Expensive, poor customer service, contracts, but nice beds if you can get in.
