Kathy is a really fantastic nail artist. I’ve seen the work she’s done and it’s very impressive! I don’t get any art done but I can attest to the great job she does on gel nails. I’m pretty picky and like very natural looking nails (oval and not too long) and she does an awesome job giving me exactly what I ask for. She is consistently good at her job and is accommodating to my schedule. The salon is always clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend Queen Nails if you’re looking for a great nail experience.

I have been looking for a place to get my nails done with gel overlay and so glad I found this place. Cathy was very nice and super fast doing my nails, she did not push me to get something done that I didn’t want to. So I got a gel overlay with shellac and I love it!!!

Great service & friendly staff. Very accommodating. I have short thin & brittle nails. I always get manicures & the paint is off and looks terrible in no time. Kathy suggested a simple acrylic overlay to keep the nails & polish in tact. Seems simple enough, but no one else has ever suggested this before?! I loved my pedicure and my nails! I will be back for sure! Thank you Kathy!

I am military and after a stressful week I tried to get my nails done before valentines day. even though I called at 6pm and wanted a full set pink and white and a pedi, and even though they closed at seven. the owner said she would gladly stay open to assist me. I was so thrilled. thank you so much Kathy and ivy. as I was leaving another married couple called and wanted pedi and mani together. they said yes even though by this time it was past eight pm. that my friends is customer service.

When I need a pedicure and I am in Everett, I always go to Queen Nails. Now this place is a no frills nail salon, but what I come back for is the customer service. No matter how long it has been they always remember me and my mother. All of the women who work there take the time to make sure you are satisfied with their services. I have never left disappointed even when they are busy, they do their best to serve everyone with great customer service.
Funny the first time I went there they put a flower on my toe, now every time I go they still ask me if I want a flower. Of course I say yes because who doesn’t want flower toes!
