you get what you pay for. they promise no hidden costs and there weren’t, but they are very insensitive to family feelings apparently UNLESS you are spending big bucks there. kicked us out of room we were in to let another family in there that was apparently spending more than we could afford. had us sign a bunch of paperwork and then refused to give us a copy because the copy machine was in the room where we were just moved from. they didn’t want to interrupt the grieving family in there. what about us? weren’t we grieving too? very sad situation. can guarantee we won’t use this company. I’d rather pay a little more to get treated better and more professionally. Maybe if we had paid more or purchased a better coffin or more of the «extras» they would have been «nicer» to us. keep that in mind if you use this company.
