Something that is important when looking for an apartment, condominium, or house is the lingo and understanding processes. This can be intimidating and confusing. Being new to the housing market I’m not sure how to go about research. Ricky Girvin has an excellent work ethnic and goes the «extra a mile» to make the customer happy. It’s obvious because his family has a great reputation. Ricky demonstrated excellent communication and really made my girlfriend and I comfortable when looking for a house.
RIcky negotiated by getting us a better price reduction and helped negotiate repairs with the seller. Ricky has an open door policy and is available for advice seven days a week.
Since we are in the 21^st many people email, text, and utilize social media. Ricky interpersonal skills and adaptable personality made me realize that the door to door method is still acceptable.

rick helped me through the ordeal of a shortsale and the battle with the bank, it was a difficult prosses wit the bank but rick was able to get things done and make it a smooth transaction, he was able to get the bank to do all the pest work on the house, and also find a lender that could do a fha loan, with a CHDLP, wich is not an easy loan to complete. with that said i doubt i could have found a better realtor anywhere. thanks for all youre hard work .w.baca
