Pro: Unit was Clean. Pricing is reasonable if you can get the online rates.
Con:
1. Arrived early but during open office hours to facility and office attendant was not there. Waited 45 mins with the movers I was paying by the hour until he arrived. Lost over $ 100 due to this wait.
2. Unit’s light did not work and was given a non-​committal answer on when it would be fixed.
3. Hidden service fees (lock, service activation, insurance) turned $ 1 advertised first month to $ 66.
3. Sent an email to the Regional Manager who had left his card at the front desk to be contacted and have not received a reply in over two weeks.
Dont think I’d choose them again if I had the option.

Carlos helped me get the right sized unit at a promotional discount for the first month. He took his time and explained all the term, agreements, and how to access the facilities. It was a pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to recommend others to use this location for their storage needs. Thanks Carlos!

First time using public storage at this location. Great service, clean, and well maintain. Accessabiliy to the unit was great and the roundabout in the front made it easy to get in and out. I would definitely used them for future storing.
