I have gone to this spa for years when it was Petra’s Skin Spa. Ursula recently took over the spa and is a great follow up to Petra, who has now retired. Ursula is so sweet and caring and really knows what she is doing. Great treatment! My skin feels so refreshed and nourished. Ursula has a lot of the wonderful Guinot products that make your skin look great as well as products from Germany. I would definitely recommend a visit to Springwater Spa!

Ursula is so personable and hospitable, she made me feel at ease right away. An experienced aesthetician, she is a wealth of knowledge and offers lots of helpful skincare tips that you can practice at home. Unlike other spas, springwater spa provides a custom experience tailored to your needs and specific skin type. I have sensitive skin, so Ursula went light on the extractions and took extra care in prepping my pores for the process. She even incorporated massage techniques to help relieve congestion from a recent sinus infection. The spa’s ambiance was peaceful and relaxing. The whole experience was soothing and my skin was glowing afterwards! I highly recommend springwater spa to anyone who wants healthier, clearer skin and wants to learn about overall skincare. Skip the harsh acid washes, prescription creams and oral antibiotics and come here instead!

Ursula is very personable and welcoming. She is knowledgeable about the products she sells and services she provides. The spa and atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing. Ursula treats you like a client, not a number. I had the signature facial and loved it.
