I usually visit the Fair Lakes location, but sometimes this one is more convenient.
I’ve been banking with United since 2003. That’s such a long time, yet there’s not much I can really say about this place. I don’t love it, yet I don’t hate it — very ambivalent. I can say that the employees here are a little more friendly at this location compared to Fair Lakes — at least they smile more. Overall, they’re efficient. I’ve never had any real issues with the employees and there’s never been any error with my account — that’s a solid plus.
