THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I COULD NOT SEE ANY EMPLOYEES ANYWHERE AND WHEN I FOUND SOME THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT PERSONAL THINGS OUT LOUD LAUGHING! Not professional! i don’t care where you work just take the job seriously. The manager who rang me up was so rude, she was a big Caucasian woman. Did seam like she wanted to be there and was so upset her line was long. And frankly everyone looked they they rolled out of bed, a couple of years back the employees looked amazing, when you represent a company you have look the part.

Rude, rude, RUDE! Came here to do some Christmas shopping and the cashier was extremely rude. She obviously acted like she didn’t want to be there. I tried to do an even exchange but she wouldn’t even work with me. I understand if you can’t do the even exchange, but at least act like you appreciate my business. This is the worst location I’ve ever been to!

I shop here to get underwear for my wife and she is rarely disappointed, which means VS is doing a good job.
The staff is always welcoming to me and they have no problem giving me a hand when I need it (which is normal for me).
Altogether they meet my needs and I have never had a bad experience here.

I dont know if it was just the hour I came by or what but everything could have been better…
I thought this VS location would have better selection than the small store at RTC-​wrong! Usually when I walk in a VS, I immediately get asked if I need any help with anything. Fair Oaks location– the opposite– impossible to even find anyone to help me and not friendly service. The items I were looking at were out in every normal size and the panties in the drawers were misplaced with the wrong sizes in the wrong drawers. This place was a mess!

The absolute worst customer service ever… staff member ran into me and I apologized only to get a nasty look in return. Waited to try on items and heard the staff in the back using profanity and talking bad about a customers outfit. Bad bad bad

The customer service is terrible at the Fair Oaks location. I have gone several times there (as I am a frequent shopper of VS) but I always leave upset because something always happens. Several times I have to wait over 25 minutes for somebody to let me use a dressing room… That is not reasonable. Also, last time my husband was waiting for me near the dressing room and a lady asked him to leave the store. Why would you do that? Because he is a man? He was waiting for me. That was completely rude. I am glad I heard the lady and I opened the dressing room and told her that was my husband. Even if he had been there by himself he should never be asked to leave just because he is a man. Who does that?! To top it off, another day that same lady yelled so rudely and badly to a person who walked in with a bag from another store because the alarm went off and she has a sensor from another store. The VS lady told the customer that the police was gonna come and get her if she didn’t go. I just don’t think people should be treated like that. Anyways. I love the products/​items, but customer service really needs to improve at the Fair Oaks location IMO !

I love VS, I have been a customer for about 15 years. I usually shop online but have visited this store multiple times. The customer service is fabulous. Every time I’ve gone here everyone is so sweet and helpful. They’ve always gone out of their way to help me, whether it’s spending 10 minutes with me picking out a new perfume, or literally in the back finding a specific bra in my size. I always feel so taken care of. Especially compared to the customer service at the VS in Tyson’s. Yuck. I stay away from them and always go to the Fair Oaks store.

I have been here numerous times and I have never encountered a staff member that actually seems to KNOW what they’re doing! There’s always some confusion at a cash register which causes long lines. If an employee does have a clue what they’re doing — they always seem to be rude about it. Specifically if you’re looking to get a bra fitting DO NOT go here. They are no help whatsoever. Go to the one inside Tyson’s instead.

I agree this Victoria’s Secret is better than surrounding areas especially the Annapolis Mall one (they typically have unfriendly staff). The customer service is great here although I wish they would just run both registers in back and front at the same time. They don’t have as much in stock but the services makes it worth it.

It’s one thing to buy overpriced lingerie, it’s another thing when the staff are rude

I used to be a huge fan of Victoria’s Secret. But I have realized I can buy bras that are just the same quality at a cheaper price than here. I will say I will still get some underwear here. I do like them.

This Victoria’s Secret is definitely better than surrounding VS in other locations (Tysons, Reston, etc.). Although they may not have as much merchandise as locations such as tysons and is a bit smaller (and possibly rowdier and messier), the customer service that is provided exceeds! Everyone’s super sweet and helpful and always looking to help. They are also always looking for ways for you, the customer, to keep some extra $$$ in your pocket!
