Taco Bell

This location in particular has improved a lot. Also the atmosphere inside the store seems to have improved. I noticed the employee of month thing and I feel like that’s really good for moral. The employees don’t seem as grouchy as it was back in 2012. The service is still a bit slow but definitely not as horrid as it used to be. I noticed that there was a new manager in there as well. One things for sure is if you see a line of 4 cars or more do not bother. Like literally back away before you are trapped forever. Seeing as I go there for my hour lunch break this speaks wonders. I hope this location improves a little more with speed! I know it’s probably difficult for them especially since everything is close to almost a dollar so everyone orders for their aunties and uncles as well as their long lost siblings.

Drive through takes for ever here i reccomend u go to the other taco bell or with 5 cars in line u will be waiting 20 mins

Shady people work here. They have a promotion to win a gold PS4 on the boxes and when I went to text the code in, it had already been used. I’m sure other people’s code got used too, but they didn’t bother speaking up.

I just went here with my fiancé today. The service was decent. I ordered a Mexican pizza and he ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito. Instantly half way thru eating our food, he and I had to go to the bathroom. Ever since then, I’ve had terrible stomach cramps and bubbling in my stomach and intestines. I feel like I’m going to puke my guts up and he feels like he has terrible heart burn. I guess I won’t be eating here anymore or maybe not even at any Taco Bell for that matter.

If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would. Went here with my fiancée last night., spent forever in the drive thru of course and there was maybe 3 cars ahead of us… When we actually got to the screen the girl was rude. Anytime she was asked about something she would get silent and then ask if we were finished. I stated I wanted the dessert 4pack and she decided to say we only have the two pack right now. So when I asked for 2 two packs she again ignored the question completely like it was bothering her or her going out of her way. Then come to find out she just didn’t feel like making 2 more for my order. Got up to the window and was going to get her name when then, she opened the window and didn’t have a name tag. Mind you this is after hours, but still, I can’t identify an employee with no name tag. She then took our money and closed the window. When she handed our change back with no receipt. I proceeded to ask for one. She stopped, and gave us an annoyed look before stating, «I’ll put it in the bag.» Well I got my receipt and her name is «Aysha S.» Horrible customer service. And that’s why I would give NEGATIVE stars. The only reason people even go to this Taco Bell is cause they stay open longer than any other one in town.

My friends and I always end up at this taco be drive thru during the late hours of the weekend. There is usually a long line but it moves pretty quickly depends which crew is working lol. Can’t complain

If there was a negative star I’d give it. Slow service. Wasting gas more than paying this food. Not what I ordered and on top of that had to wait in line twice because this girl forgot my box. Very poor service ! WORST Taco Bell place EVER. I choose the taco bell at the outlets any day.

Horrible service from night crew tonight I will never come back because all of the employees were rude with no supervision good job lost money !!!

When I arrived home and passed out food my burrito was not what I had ordered. Very disappointed

Been here for 45 minutes waiting on my order, wasted my entire lunch break waiting, I didn’t even get a chance to eat it): They need more staff. No problems with the food so far it’s just that it takes foreverrrr.

The only thing that really annoys me with this place is how long the drive through takes, particularly at night. I have spent up to 30 minute stuck in the drive through before. I’m actually in line right now again and have been here 20 minutes and am only half way through the drive through. I feel like the might be beating their record tonight.
When it comes to the food itself I have never had an issue with anything. That’s why I’m giving them 3 stars.

The worst drive-​thru experience ever. They must have been very under-​staffed tonight because there were not that many cars in line yet we sat there for over 20 minutes after placing out order. To make matters worse a homeless guy came up tapping on my window while I was trapped in that line and couldn’t leave. When we finally reached the window we sat for another 5 minutes before they gave us our order – one bean burrito, a Baja freeze and a coffee. I had to ask twice for hot sauce, and there were no napkins. I didn’t realize there was no straw until we drove away in disgust. How the h— do you drink a slushy with no straw!!! The thing just continuously dripped sticky green fluid into my car console as it melted. Gross! Even the cup leaked. So I had to pull over a couple miles away and have my daughter throw the drink into the trash. Sorry but I will not give this Taco Bell a second chance. Wish we’d gone to Adalberto’s a block away.

Last time I was at this Taco Bell they didn’t give me all of my food. And today I found an expiration sticker in my quesadilla. Disgusting! This Taco Bell is a fail. They need to shut down. Just looked at other reviews and it’s not the first time ppl found gross things their food from here! Why is this Taco Bell still open??? Health department needs to step their game up!

This is just about the worst Taco Bell I ever go to it always takes forever in line There must only be one or two people working at a time at this location. Everytime I stop here to get any amount of food it always takes around 15 – 20 minutes to get through the line. The only reason I’m not giving this a one star is because they tend to get my order correct and the food that they prepare tends to be tasty.

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I’m writing this in the drive thru where I have been sitting for 30 minutes watching 4 cars get through the line. When I get to the stand they told me they ran out of beef. This is 11 pm on a Saturday night. Get your shit together.

Make the drive to the one on Travis, they will at least get you the right order. Every single time I’ve been here they mess up the order, and most of the time they argue with me saying that I’m the one who’s wrong.

Im so sad. This is the closest tb to my house, but my family has tried it three separate times and have all gotten really sick. I wrote them a letter, no response. Beware of the BEEF!!!

Every time I come to this Taco Bell they mess up my order. Order some soft tacos, get a pizza instead. Where do you get pizza out of soft tacos?
And when they DO get your order right (which is a rarity) it’s burnt. Burnt quesadilla, burnt taco meat.
The drive to the one on Travis Blvd. is worth it. Way better quality.

Yo Quiero Taco Bell! You bring me back good high school memories of sleepovers with the girls and late night cravings. Well… That was once upon a time before my body had the bad case of uncontrollable flatulence. No more Taco Bell for me. (T-​T)
I usually come here if my brother wants me to fetch his order of cheesy gordita crunch, crispy tacos, and chicken quesadilla with a mountain dew baja blast. I say it’s a good American take on fast Mexican food. The food always comes out warm, and I’m a sucker for those punny sauce packets.
The drive-​thru line moves pretty quickly even if it gets pretty busy especially late at night. It’s going to be tricky if you have a huge car because their drive-​thru looks pretty narrow. However, I do love the little shade roof they added through their drive-​thru and the convenient computerized screen to show if they got your order right. On the other hand, the friendly service can be hit or miss. I don’t think the lady taking my order didn’t like me today. I was asking how her day was and she says passive aggressively, «May I take your order PLEASE?!» Okay, that’s cool… I’ll just go on about with my day… Maybe the customer before me made her upset or something. Luckily, the guy handing me over my food at the drive-​thru window was a nice fella. The dine-​in area is alright, I just rather take the food and leave this shizz!
And always remember, be kind to your fast food cashiers. They work their bums off to deal with all sorts of crazy.

What can I say about Taco Bell? There’s nothing wrong with having midnight cravings after work right?
Mine just happened to be Mexican food.
Taco Bell’s drive thru is open all night. There always seem to be a lot of cars in the drive thru but the line goes very quickly.
After my long drive from work, this is my go to place for a quick all beef burrito or soft taco. Yum.
