First time trying this place and I was very impressed! The people working there were super nice. I also like that they are open an hour later than most other nail salons in the area. The basic pedicure is only $ 19 which is good for fairfield county. I did the $ 25 pedi that comes with a lavender scrub and a massage. So worth it. The décor is warm, inviting, and clean. I will definitely be back :)

The staff here is extremely friendly and amazing! So far I have gotten 3 gel manicures and they all have lasted at least 2 weeks and didnt chip. They have done designs and always make it an enjoyable environment.

I just had the best and least expensive pedicure I have ever had. I got the«simple» pedi. It says 35 minutes. It was a great hour long full pedicure. Isabell was great and 3 coats of polish.

I have been here a few times over the last 3 years, my sister lives in the area and so when I’m visiting I come here mani/pedis. I have never been disappointed until today. The pedis have always been great! They have an excellent selection with the least expensive being a mere $ 17! Can’t really beat that! I have gotten UV gel colors here many times before and ALWAYS been happy. The color lasts a long time, in most cases at LEAST2 weeks. The only problem is taking it off, it doesn’t always come off by just soaking/scraping. Sometimes they have to use the drill which damages my nails. Today I decided against a gel color and went for a regular color french manicure. I have not been so disappointed with a manicure in a very long time. Less than 12 hours later it had already chipped on more than 4 of my finger nails. I realize regular color will not last as long as gel but I expect it to last 24 hours without chipping. My sister also got regular color and she has a chip as well. In hindsight, I should have just gone with the gel color since I knew it would be higher quality. If I ever find myself back here if never get a regular mani, only gel color. I wouldn’t discourage anyone from trying the place out just sharing my experiences between regular color and

Gel manicures are where it’s at. I’m way too«rough and tumble» with my hands for a regular manicure. My nails are long again and with the hardness of the gel, I never chip the polish, break the nail(I even went bowling which is always a death sentence for my nails), or crack/rip them. Seriously though… how do you regular manicure people not get chipped within 38 seconds??? Anyhoo… ever since Angel Nails closed in Fairfield(…sigh… I miss you Lina!!!)… I’ve been on the hunt for an alternative(and convenient) location… The downside of gel is that it costs more. No mani/pedi combos for us gellies! That’s why I was glad to find You Got Nails who does it for $ 25! The place is HUGE… clean… and the woman who did my design was talented. She free-handed the cutest snowflakes!(No, I never thought I’d say anything like«cutest snowflakes» in my lifetime either.) Anyway… I’ve only been here once but I plan on becoming a repeat customer assuming all goes well. UPDATE: That manicure was awesome… I’ve found that the last two colors didn’t last as long as the first… I plan on talking to them about that… I also got my first eyebrow wax with them and it was the best I’ve ever had! My eyebrows look smexy! ;)

Worst place ever!!! Got eyebrows done and had to leave to go to my normal place a waste of money and time for a horrible job!

I originally wrote a review giving them 4 stars talking about how it a great experience every time but that has changed. The quality has gone way down hill, you always feel rushed, and they are no longer opened on Sunday’s. If I’m going to spend the money to get a manicure and pedicure I don’t want my manicure to be half assed while I’m sitting in the pedicure chair.

I went in on a Sunday, and it wasn’t that busy. I asked for a pedicure and a regular manicure. They have a HUGE selection of Essie(the only reason for the extra Star), but after all was said and done the color, which I’ve gotten before, did not actually look like the Essie color but an imposter color. I really do think they refill bottles with other cheaper polish, or they add too much thinner and it changes the color. So the pedicure chairs were nice, however the pedicure was just not good. Yes, it was only $ 17 but I still have dead skin on the heel that could of been cut off with clippers, and it looked like a 10 year old painted my toes. Sloppy, and they barely used any polish which made it look bumpy and messy. My manicure wasn’t much better, again the paint job was sloppy and after only ONE day it already chipped! Needless to say, I will NOT be going back.

I’ve never had my nails done here, I only have gotten my eyebrows done and it’s the only place I go in Fairfield. They really take their time and they do them perfectly with the exception of one time. My eyebrows are naturally a bit uneven so it takes skill to make them perfect and they are the only ones who can do it besides threaders that I used to go to in Jersey. They are so gentle and the experience is so relaxing I look forward to getting them done!

Prices are very reasonable. I’ve been coming here for the past few months and have been satisfied overall. They have many pedicure choices and a good selection of polish colors. When you schedule an appointment, they honor it and they don’t make you wait, which is great because this place can get very busy!

I really like this place. Both Mercedes and Andrea do excellent color gel manicures. The prices are extremely reasonable and the service is very good. It has become my new regular nail salon.

I tried this place bc a friend let me know they did $ 17 pedicures. Went in on a Monday around 5:00PM and there was someone available in a few minutes. They gave me a pedicure menu and I picked the $ 22 pedicure which included a mud mask they put on your legs and a 10 minute massage. I really enjoy this pedicure, I thought they did a really good job and I would definitely go back!!! Good find!

Since getting new owners/management the salon was gone downhill. The prices for everything have gone up and the quality has gone way down. They’ve added a dip for your feet in burning hot paraffin wax. The wax they used is left over. They peel it off your feet and put it in a plastic bag and reuse it. Disgusting! The wax was so hot my feet were bright red and they had to turn the cold water on to make the pain stop. I doubt I will return again. They changed everything great they had working for them.

Best pedi I have ever gotten in my life! I’m from Westchester NY and was in town visiting a friend. She wanted to get tips. I’m a nail blogger so I do my own nails but I love getting my toes done. The regular salon my friend went to was closed since it was Sunday so I suggested You Got Nails since it was close and they were open on Sundays. When we got in they had three people working and everyone had a customer. The salon surroundings were very nice and calming. There was nice music and fine art prints hanging on the walls. There were a few people waiting. We were told it would be a half hour wait so we went to grab a quick lunch and came back. When we got back we waited about 5 minutes and they were ready to take us. I was blown away when I saw their pedicure menu. Only $ 17 for their cheapest pedi! I’ve never seen prices so inexpensive. I was going to go for the cheapest option but when I saw the menu I went for the next step up, Pedicure B, for $ 20. In Westchester I pay $ 25 for a quick 15 min pedi, the You Got Nails pedi was 35 mins of bliss. My lower legs were massaged and scrubbed, cuticles taken care of, nails trimmed, feet massaged and sanded and a nice paint job on top of that. The nail tech that took care of me did a great job. For the amazing price and service I got at You Got Nails they get 5 stars! My friend who got tips done was very pleased with her nails as well and paid less than she did at her regular salon. She said she was probably going to switch salons from now on. The only inconvenience was the wait but I didn’t mind in exchange for the quality I got. If that’s a concern of yours maybe look into making an appointment. Remember to always tip your nail tech. :)

Walk-ins NOT welcome… Let me start out by saying I used to be a bigger fan of this salon. They were never my absolute favorite place but they were friendly and did good nails. My friend always preferred them and since their opening I have visited many times with her and on my own. I never left thinking«wow, that was great» but I never was dissatisfied. Their spa pedicures never felt worth the added cost because their massages were rushed and weak. I’d always be told I needed callous remover for an extra cost. My overall impression is they wanted to do the least amount of work for the most amount of money. But they were always friendly so I gave them repeat business. In the last year it seems their service has taken a sharp decline. I’ve left on several occasions without receiving service and pretty frustrated. While most«regulars» setup weekly appointments in advance, I prefer to drop in when I have time. That being said I try to avoid busy times(any time before 4pm on a Saturday) and accept that a short wait could be in store. The last three times(in the past 6 months) I visited You Got Nails it was because I found myself in that section of Fairfield and needed just a simple manicure. Each time the salon looked understaffed but quickly assured me only a 5 – 10 minute wait. Each time I waited over 20 minutes only to be told it’d be a few more minutes. It was always apparent that I wouldn’t be getting service anytime soon. Rather than be honest and admit a longer wait time when I first walk in they would reel me along instead. I realize it’s a business and they want my money. But they also need to keep their customers happy if they want our business. After the first and second walk-outs I still went back because I didn’t want to isolate one incident. I gave them more chances but unfortunately all that did was frustrate me more. Lesson learned… I won’t be going back again.

The best nail/eyebrow salon I’ve found in CT so far. The quality of their work is amazing– my pedicure is going on 3 weeks now and it JUST chipped. They sculpted my eyebrows perfectly(to the point where my MOTHER was even thrilled) and put up with my sister’s and my antics when we go for tandem manipedis. The nail techs and rest of the staffers make you feel so welcome, and the entire place is clean and comfortable. After my first visit was done, I was in the process of paying when I just started crying(because of a Josh Groban song that came on the overhead music) and they handed me a tissue & gave me a hug. So cute. The pricing is a little steep but I’d rather pay a bit more for good quality work. Plus, I look forward to going there. That’s more than I can say for a lot of things.
