I had to get my money back from Groupon after leaving messages and never receiving a call back. Very bummed about it.

Well I am extremely disappointed with this salon. I bought a Groupon deal and I called 3 times to make an appointment for a highlight and they never called me back. Groupon Customer Service intervened and I still never got a return call. This is bad customer service. Thank goodness Groupon gave me back my credit.

Disney gave me unrealistic expectations about hair. I’ve been trying to find a hair dresser that could give me «Ariel-​like» bangs for 7 years. I’ve been to over 20 hair dressers and Crystal is the only one who helped me achieve that voluminous thick side swept bangs look! Love her little shop. She makes you feel comfortable and knows her stuff. Highly recommend her!
She gave my little sisters amazing cuts and dyes too.
She’s really great with kids because she has some of her own :)

Honestly… I never know what to do with my hair and moving out here from mi 3 months ago was pretty hard and I’ve had some bad experiences with my hair. Wanting to stay blonde and all the trouble she goes through to give me what I want when I don’t know what I want lol is amazing! I give crystal the freedom to do what she wants to when it comes to my hair and I love that she’s more than happy to do that for me (I would never make up my mind lol). She’s taken so much time to learn more about the blonde color and it means a lot t me (my hair was breaking off and really unhealthy when I started seeing her). My hair is growing feels great and isn’t falling out! I’m so glad I found her and I will not go to anyone else because she’s got my trust! Thanks crystal :) if I had friends out here I would totally recommend you to them lol

I love getting my hair done by Crystal. She’s very sweet, professional and makes you feel welcomed. She is great at doing exactly what you ask for and makes sure u always get what you want. You will def. Love it here.

Hands down BEST salon to go to in North County San Diego! Crystal makes me feel right at home every time I come for a visit! Every salon I have gone to has made me feel like a burden because my hair takes so long to blow dry and style but she has never made me feel that way! Great prices as well as great results and service! I will go to her as long as we are stationed at Camp Pendleton for any of my hair or makeup needs! :)

Crystal really is as good as it gets! She is so talented and skilled. She makes you feel very comfortable and it is so fun to go see her! That is what pampering is supposed to be about! I am a busy mommy and haircuts are my «me time». I take them very seriously hahaha! She is fabulous and I immediately felt comfortable and trusted her to do her thing. She is very affordable, flexible, sweet, and I 100% endorse her. I wish I had found her sooner!

Crystal has done my hair twice… and I have requested two totally different styles & colors and both turned out fabulously! She is very conscientious about what I wanted and to make sure that I was happy with the process and the result. She absolutely loves her craft and takes such pride in her work. I would recommend her to anyone in the Camp Pendleton area.
