Chipotle Mexican Grill

I went here for dinner the other night. It was clean and the service was quick. The food tasted great.

We ordered a steak salad and with NO RICE AND NO BEAN for me online and end up having a bunch of rice and bean on my order and NO LETTUCE. I have diabetes and this is the worst combo for me and invitation to sugar shock especially I just had a baby so my glucose is higher than usual. The person who received the order apparently can’t read.
Another order we selected extra meat, and got «normal» size portion meat. We paid extra for no reason.
We only have issue with the online order, but when we go to the store usually is very good and no issue (maybe because we are there to make sure the order is right). People usually pleasant.
Edit: we called the store and spoke with the manager and he did apologize and offer a new salad bowl.

Food is good/​consistent in my experience but the line is slow. Takes 8 minutes to serve 10 people. I don’t get it. Staff is always polite and courteous unlike others reviews.

Always a struggle with getting a meal during lunch time and the fact that I always seem to get less rice when I ask for double (Compared to other ones in the area) Another thing is the struggle of getting the order right from time to time. Maybe it’s too loud so they can’t see where I am pointing or they don’t understand me when I say «mild sauce» and ended up getting hot sauce… regardless, it’s the closest chipotle to me.

I love Chipotle. I always will. But this particular Chipotle is absolutely DISGUSTING. The manager does zero quality control on the employees and food. The black beans are crunchy, the chicken is overcooked, the guacamole is creamy, white, and sour. Do yourself a favor and drive a little further for some real Chipotle. This one is a joke.

I’ll Find out how to post my picture later. To their credit, the trash was changed by the time I made it through the line. Also, they did not skimp on the chicken in my kid’s quesadilla.

This is the slowest and most inefficient Chipotle I have ever been to. The meat and beans are really dry and the employees can’t mix a burrito for the life of them. They move as slow as humanly possible and take longer than I ever thought possible to put the lid on a salad bowl. Four of them are just sitting around in the chairs giggling with each other and not helping at all. This place somehow managed to make a short long pile up to impossibly long. Very impressive indeed.

The food is fine as compared to other Chipotles (FYI Im a regular at Chip). The brown rice was crunchy and uncooked today – I threw some of it out – but maybe that is not usual.
Parking sucked, and I was so cold inside that I had to go eat in the car. Pretty awful. The wood chairs are even freezing.

Good quality Chipotle burrito, this time with chicken, hot salsa (not really that hot) and guacamole. Well packed, this is a full meal even without the chips.
My only complaints are that they could do a better job of taking care of the condiment bar as the forks were empty and the soda lids. Also, why only Tabasco and no Cholula?
Chipotle is in a shopping «destination» so you’re going to have trouble finding street parking but there’s a nice garage attached to the complex.

It’s Chipotle, we all know how it taste like so my review is more for the location rather than the food. I find that this location is a little more stingy on the food quantity. However they don’t mind you asking for extra and you don’t a side of attitude when you ask for it. Lines here can get really long during lunch since there isn’t much places for a quick bite around the Merrifield area. Parking is a little hard to find, my advice is to park in the same building as Target is and take the elevator down and walk 5 minutes. It’s better than circling the parking building that is attached to Chipotle. Plus you need to walk off the food coma after eating at Chipotle anyway.
For those of you who like guacamole, you get a bigger portion if they slammed on top of your bowl than giving you as a side order in one of those plastic ramekin.
Management can benefit by staffing a little extra help during the rush hours so that the line goes through faster and the tables are clean up quicker. For

Yall can do better than this… Poor staffing, disgusting dirty place. This is easily one of the worst I’ve ever been to. Ridiculous. no one speaks English! Bottom tier I say! BOTTOM TIER!

This is probably the worst chipotle in the area. The staff is cold and rainy they all look like they hate their jobs, which in turn reflects on the food and service.
I ordered a bowl here online and had to wait 50 minutes to pick it up. When I got there I was expecting to just pick it up and be on my way. Instead the cashier attended 3 other customers before telling someone to get started on my food. I waited more than 15 minutes to get my food I ordered over an hour ago. Not one apology and they basically threw my food at me. I’m never coming back here again, and neither should you, unless you want to be treated like trash by an employee.

This Chipotle is more miss than hit. The staff here are not friendly and the freshness/​portioning of the food is not as great as other locations. The line moves VERY slowly when they’re busy. This location is attached to the garage, but parking can be a challenge in the super popular Mosaic District (this Chipotle was here long before Mosaic, so this is a relatively new issue for the location). Small napkin/​beverage area that is always out of toothpicks (random), but a fair amount of tables. The tables are not right up in the line area, which is a plus. Dark inside, since there are only windows on one side due to the the parking garage on the other sides. Standard Chipotle for the most part, but not as well-​managed or appealing as other area locations.

Honesty is the best policy and honestly, I am not a Chipotle fan but my son sure is. There is nothing that distinguishes this Chipotle from any other and I guess that’s kind of the point. Like other Chipotle’s the service line is long, the end product is predictable and the quality of customer service is limited.

Skip this Chipotle, I don’t typically write reviews for chain places.
However, this particular location is not particular good.
–Dirt: tables were not clean, some food was on the floor
–Service: Slower, had better service in other locations in the DMV
–Food/​Price: Give you less food compared to other locations, and I was charged more for my burrito bowl than other locations I been to, I found this very disappointing.
Parking is not so great either, honestly if you can make the drive go to the Chipotle on West Broad Street in Falls Church, it’s much better!

You’re out of shredded lettuce, you’re out of chips, and the water tap at the soda fountain doesn’t work. Just… wow.
This store has been across the street from home for me for several months. This is just the most ludicrous I’ve seen it. But I’ve also seen:
— A cashier here just up and walk away for several minutes in the middle of a rush. Twice. No, really.
— two people working the counter when the line is nearly to the door. This is practically a daily occurrence.
— the store is usually in a state of disarray. Most of the Tabasco sauce bottles are anywhere but on the counter where you want to find them. The tables are often dirty. The weather can be lovely outside but the trash can is missing by the outdoor seating.
This particular Chipotle is in need of a management shake up so badly that it hurts.
I love Chipotle but I actively avoid going, as bad as this location is. Go to Cava.

The worst ever run Chipotle I have ever been to in my life. 35 minutes in line and worst of all my food was cold once I finally got to it, as it had been sitting on the counter for a good 15 minutes. At not time did the lady who took the main order did help the lady at garnishing who was behind by six orders. I should have taken a video as it was that ridiculous. The epitome of inefficiency. The whole staff should be taken on an internship to the Chipotle at Seven Corners and learn how it’s done.
My advice: skip it.

First off, it’s a Chipotle; the food is exactly what you think.
This location has issues: parking is terrible during peek hours, the layout is pretty bad, online ordering must be avoided, and management laughably incompetent. After they screwed up my online order, I had to return to the store and try to explain to the employees the issue.
I’ll get my Chipotle fix elsewhere.
