Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

People have very different preferences for their burgers and fries. If you like your burger patty thick and juicy, this is not the place for you. These are thin patties cooked until they sort of caramelize. If you like that style of burger, then this is the place for you. Get the double with your choice of toppings, it’s delicious! A great bun, fresh toppings, and a little bit of grease makes this the perfect burger for me.
Same with fries. These are shoestring fries done perfectly — perfectly cooked, perfectly salted, and always hot and fresh. If you don’t like shoestring fries, though, then you won’t like them.
The chili cheese fries are also delicious, but when I ordered them the first time, I didn’t realize they only come in one size — huge. I assumed they could just add chili and cheese to a regular sized order, but apparently not. Now I only get chili cheese fries if I have someone to split them with. One order is enough for a meal by itself!
The restaurant is very clean and bright. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I’ve been here probably a dozen times and have never had an issue with my order.
My only complaint is the grilled chicken sandwich. Everything else I have had at Freddy’s is the best version of itself, but the chicken sandwich is everything that is wrong with a fast food grilled chicken sandwich. The chicken has an almost rubbery texture and the only seasoning seems to be an overwhelming amount of salt. Just not good and I would not order it again.

Good burgers, fries are nice and crispy… Service was decent. Restaurant as nice and clean

This was my first and last time at Freddy’s. The double cheeseburger was great… However, that wasn’t what I ordered. I ordered the chicken sandwich. I knew I should have checked my bag since the girl asked me the same question multiple times, I would get different people at the window asking same questions, it took forever since it appeared the staff was just goofing off while I was waiting, and I probably would not have gotten my drink if I had not informed the girl that I ordered one. Anyways, when she asked me if my order was right on the screen, it was. When I got home, realized my order was wrong and I noticed that my receipt wasn’t what was on the screen. I also thought it was hilarious that I ordered my sandwich WITHOUT tomatoes/​lettuce and not only did I get those toppings, I got charged for them… Keep in mind, this was at like 9pm and I was the only customer. Sounds like this new location needs to get it together if they want to stay in business. They have too much competition too not care about their customers.
