Graeter’s Ice Cream

Oh Graeter’s, how I love thee! I could barely contain my excitement when I found the new Fishers location. Living briefly in Cincinnati when I was little, my parents got me hooked at an early age. Partly nostalgia, partly my addiction to all things sweet, Graeter’s will always have my fat-​kid heart. The ice cream is just better. Than like anything. The chocolate is soft and chewy, the stuff of dreams. Toffee chocolate chip is the way to go! Yes it’s more expensive than other ice cream but ummm it tastes better than other ice cream! Just go, thank me later.

The ice cream was really great. I got the mocha chocolate chip and could of eaten more. The process is a little high for ice cream, but will go back again

Here is the reality. I would absolutely hire Whitney. She is AMAZING! This was our first time in this ice cream shop after enjoying Graeter’s pints from grocery stores. This new store has a very lovely design. The ice cream is especially delicious. The best part is Whitney… some of the best customer service on the planet. Bravo!

They have most of the same ice cream you can buy in the grocery store. I wanted a pint of peach ice cream but they were sold out of the pints. They had peach behind the counter for cones and sundaes. I was told I would have to wait a week for the pints to come in. Every other ice cream shop is able to hand pack a pint of ice cream. Why can’t this place? Poor customer service to say the least.

Possibly the best ice cream… like…ever. When I initially found out that we were getting a Graeter’s in Indiana, in Hamilton County, no less, I really couldn’t believe it. Graeter’s has been one of the highlights of our trips over to Columbus, Ohio. Now we can get it at home!
The vanilla, even though it’s just vanilla, is really enough for me here… it’s perfection. The black raspberry is also definitely something to cry home about. I look forward to trying their coffee/​ice cream drinks.

Love their ice cream little pricy but the size you get wow so worth it!. Super nice sample whatever you want before deciding. Clean and staff amazing I definitely recommend

I really want to love Graeters but I can’t get past how expensive their ice cream is compared to other ice creameries in the Fishers area. Here a $ 2.99 single scoop gets you a small single scoop. At Handles a little further up the road a $ 2.95 single scoop gets you a huge & mighty dish full of premium ice cream. Most recently I decided to pick up a quart of vanilla to-​go. My jaw dropped in disbelief when they said it was going to be $ 14.00. I could only assume there were pieces of edible gold mixed into this quart but to my dismay I found nothing but vanilla ice cream. What a bummer.
On the upside this location is indoors with lots of seating, they have a case full of items you can take to-​go, they have gelato, sorbet, old fashioned soda, shakes, sundaes, smoothies, ice cream cakes and pies. I have tried several of their ice cream flavors and the two I would come back for are the Bourbon Ball (it has actual bourbon in it) & the Black Raspberry Chip.

If I was rating just the ice cream it would be two stars. We had ice in our ice cream which usually means it melted a bit too much and was re-​frozen, very disappointed. Service was fine, wasn’t very crowded and the gals working really doted on a little boy after us which was cute. Ice cream is very pricie, that’s why I expect better. Do yourself a favor, take a little ride to BRICs in Broad Ripple if you want really really premium ice cream. I would of rather of had a DQ cone instead of Graeters for the quality of the ice cream we had.

What can I say, this is some of the most delicious stuff on earth. Everyone loves this place just read some of the other reviews. When ordering your ice cream I know the waffle cone is tempting but the only way to get it is in a ball cap. I am partial to the Cubs hat but they have other choices!!!

If you looking for quality ice cream with great customer service this is the best place in town…
The flavors were fantastic the quality was awesome

This was my first experience I had the black cherry chocolate chip and butter pecan ice cream. It was a little pricey for two scoops but worth every penny. I will definitely be going back to this location for this amazing ice cream

I’ve been to Graeters in Ohio several times and I loved it! I was so excited to see one in fishers while driving around so I immediately tried it with my family.
Pros: nice staff, Fast service and clean place
Cons: small amount of serving and presentation of Ice cream is subpar
I Ordered a brownie sundae and it costs $ 6.14 plus tax. It was like a kiddie sized sundae. The scoop of ice cream was barely a scoop. It’s just like when ur having to scoop ice cream in a hurry and dabbling whip cream on top with cherry and not even looking at what your doing. It was still delicious though because Graeters ice cream is really good.
The staff were very nice and attentive.
If you haven’t been to other branches of graeters then you would probably be happy with this place. As for me, I guess I’ll just keep going to their branch in ohio where it seems like they give you what you pay for and take pride in the presentation of their ice cream.

I enjoy going here! Ice cream favorite is Cherry Chocolate Chip! I have had the Cookie Monster Sundae and you will not be let down by that choice! I have not yet tasted a flavor I didn’t like. I wish they had the bakery here too!

With so many flavors to choose from — and all of then so delicious — you’d think picking just one would be difficult. The Black Raspberry Chocolate Chunk, for which Graeters is known, is beyond compare! Great ice cream, good service. Love it!

The best icecream. I got the Black raspberry chocolate chip icecream. The chocolate they use is «Peters Chocolate», and it does taste so good. And you tend on big chunk which is amazing. As for their icecream, it’s not so buttery, it’s just perfect. I wish they have more other locations, maybe downtown Indy — please!

There are great and wonderful things about Graeter’s and only 3 negatives. The ice cream is fantastic. It is full of flavor and creamy and most certainly some of the best ice cream you can find anywhere. There is a wide selection of different flavors so if you can’t find something you like here, you just hate ice cream.
On to the bad:
1. This place is so good that the line is often long so you can’t get in and out in a hurry.
2. The prices are a little tough to handle with a bowl of 3 scoops running almost $ 6.
3. I always run out of ice cream too soon! :)
If you are a fan of ice cream, do yourself a favor and get your butt to one of the best ice creams anywhere.

Great small batch ice cream. They have a handful of flavored they keep all the time and then some rotating flavors. One scoop is definately filling but their specialty sundaes are fantastic as well. You can make a sundae with any flavor ice cream and any topping. The whip cream is also made fresh. YUM! Great place for a date night but expect to wait your turn.
They also have a rewards card if you are a frequenter

Great, great, Graeters! Have been hoping to have this in Indiana for some time! The best, ofcourse, is the raspberry chocolate chip, we had a sundae with raspberry sauce.
