Chief performance training is easily the best gym I have ever been a part of. I really enjoy the private and friendly atmosphere every time I go and look forward to the next! I have been going to Chiefs for over a year now not only have I noticed an incredible difference in my mobility and strength from when I started. I have learned so much when it comes to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Before I began training at chiefs I ran a lot and never realized the negative effects it was having on my body which started to cause pain in many places, especially my hips. To Cj it was an easy fix but it was going to take time. It didn’t take long for me to notice a difference in how I felt with simple and easy techniques I could also do at home. He is very knowledgable and passionate about what he does and has tailored a program specifically for me to work on my weak points which I can say are no longer the same from that first consultation. Chiefs has been very motivational and the hours are flexible. I have also been given nutritional guidance to help figure out what types of food make me feel and perform the best and have found ways to make it a lot easier to keep track. It is so important to find time in our busy lives to keep ourselves healthy and this is the place to get started. I would recommend chief performance training to any one, no matter what your goals are they can be reached! :)
