Buffalo Wild Wings

Horrible. We came at 3:00 on a Sunday afternoon… granted, it’s Father’s day and we have a party of nine but every part of this visit sucked. We waited 20 minutes for a table — even though there were tons of open tables. We ordered pretty simple items, you know, wings… and two kids meals. We ran out of drinks while waiting in a 80° room with a fan for an hour for food! Of course our fries were dead and cold. Bad experience. Boo bdubs.

My family comes here often. We are starting to really not enjoy this place. The management needs to not be so greedy with the ranch!!! They charge $.60 cent per ranch. We ordered 4 small orders of wings (which is 40 wings) among other items and the waitress gave us 4 ranches. You get 1 ranch with a snack size (5 wings) so why only 4 ranches for 4 small wing orders. She charged us $.60 for the other 4 and said that is what they are supposed to do. If this continues, We will not return again.

I usually love Buffalo Wild Wings, but I had a pretty terrible experience at this one. I arrived at 11 am, and even after waiting 5 minutes, there was no one to greet me at the host stand, so I went over and sat at the bar. I was the only one in the restaurant, and it still took the bartender almost 10 minutes to come over and say hi. He was chatting with his co-​workers and cleaning a couple glasses. I put in my order for wings, and it took over 20 minutes to arrive. The food was fine, but I was just very disappointed with the service. I don’t think I’ll be going back to this B-​Dubs anytime soon. I’ll stick with the Native Grill And Wings down the road. Native has better wings too.

Food was cold. Wouldn’t put our game on the big tv. Food was cold. Captain was aggressive. Waitress said she was going to eat my food. That is all. Will not return

I have never had a negative experience here. The staff are all friendly and professional. The service was fast and the food was good. Love coming during wing Tuesday and boneless Thursday!

I don’t expect much from Bdubs ever, but for this take out order, I have to say I was impressed. The service was excellent, our order was correct and they weren’t stingy with the sauce for the wings. We didn’t wait long, yet were still given free drinks while waiting. Great experience.

We got there around 2pm. Past the lunch crowd, however, being NYE and all, the place was 75% or so occupied. Our server Josh was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. He was able to cite most of the beer on tap, and gave us some recommendation on the wing sauce choices. Food came up promptly and was hot — believe it or not it’s not as easy to come by these days so we appreciated it. We asked to change the channel on one of the TVs that was near us, so we could watch something we cared for instead of any generic sportsball, and Josh had it figured out very quickly. All in all very pleasant experience both on food quality, timeliness, and service.

The four stars was for the service we received. I didn’t realize how rarely we get good service until we came here and our server was so attentive and on top of everything. He was super busy with other tables too but when he was with us he was all about us. It was refreshing and much appreciated. Depending on what you get food wise you could give them one star up to five. Anything covered in the Parmesan Garlic sauce is heavenly! However the Caesar was awful. Tasted like it came right out of a bad, not good at all. Lastly, the bathrooms… No stars at all! The bathrooms were so disgusting I contemplated leaving and not dining here. No toilet paper in any of the stalls during their busy time. There was a line for the bathrooms that is how busy they were and yet no one who worked there was giving any attention to these filthy bathrooms.

I have to say, last night’s experience has me thinking I don’t need to go to Buffalo Wild Wing’s for a long time. Our service was actually decent. Our waiter did the best with what he had.
When we ordered a pickle only cheeseburger kid’s meal, the waiter told us they were out of pickles and later he came back to tell us they were out of burgers. We were happy we weren’t the table next to us, whose waiter told them they ran out of chicken wings. Really? A wing and bar place ran out of wings, burgers, and pickles? C’mon. We ordered tablets for the kids to play with and the tablets kept dying. Thumbs down for the food and entertainment portion of this Wings pub.
When our food came, my black bean burger was hard and crunchy, bun stale. My husband said his wings were less than average (and it’s hard for him not to like wings). We probably won’t be back to Flag for a while but this experience will likely not leave us in a B Dubs in Phoenix, either.

We waited over an hour for our food. Even the manager walk on by. We won’t be going here again.

I love B Dubs but this location messes up our order and it took nearly an hour to get to go food. Wasn’t impressed and they need some help with organization. Never again.

Well the server tried I gotta giver her that we had a party of 7 so. The food was ok.

Super impressed. I have been to many buffalo wild wing locations and never had such a good experience. There was no wait to be seated. Our server was amazing (Remington I believe was his name) and we never waited for food, drinks or outstanding service. I rarely give 5 stars but between wait staff and others checking on us every few minutes we were very pleased. The restaurant was clean, food was hot and fresh. Overall the experience was superb and when I am in town I will visit again as long as the level of service remains this great! My visit was on 12−13−15 @ 600pm.

The plus is that they have the NFL package. Otherwise, poor service, over done food and dirty. Change the oil once in awhile so that everything from fries, wings etc don’t taste burnt. Come check on the table once every 10 minutes or so not once every half hour. Act like you want a tip. Usually BWS is much better than this!

A simple tip for everyone: DON’T eat at this dump. The service is horrible. I’m surprised half the waitresses can even dress themselves. Never eating here again.

We were traveling and stopped in for lunch. We were second in line to be seated after a fully of four.
We stood for 3 minutes, after watching the manger look at us and walk to the back, then have the hostess or waitress come by ask how many… And disappeared. Another minute or two go by while she served another table. The manager came back to seat someone, but I don’t think he could figure it out either for another
Minute we explained we are spectate parties and the family of 4 is next.
We left!

I stopped by Buffalo Wild Wings about an hour ago and ordered a small order of medium boneless wings.
We brought them home to enjoy, but NO, they were terrible. They were little, heavily breaded chunks of white meat with an okay sauce.
I will NOT be returning to this location.

We came in again and had a better experience. We only got a couple rounds of drinks but the bartender know as Pookie was awesome to have. Great, friendly service.
We’ll be back!

I’ve been able to eat here and never get sick. This is a very vegetarian friendly place.
I recommend it to anyone who’s wanting to have a good night with a lot of friends. I’ve had great service here.
One of my best nights here was when a waitress challenged me to eat pretty much all the hot sauces they had. She kept bringing out hotter and hotter sauces and was amazed when I was perfectly fine. She and I had a great time and I made sure to leave her an excellent tip.

I’ve been to a few different BWW around SoCal and each time it’s the same problems — can’t find a TV with a Kings game on, it’s obnoxiously loud inside, and no one wants to offer service. This Flagstaff location totally broke that streak of bad times at BWW and even raised a bar on what I expect now.
Maybe it was easier on this Saturday to get a hockey game on because football is over (thank goodness). The manager was quick to find a screen for my teammates and me. GO KINGS GO! They beat Tampa Bay 4 – 2.
The food was very good, even though I got my usual of a buffalo chicken tender wrap with chips. Everything seemed fresh inside and the tenders were crispy with tender meat.
What was over the top though was the service we received from Josh. Seriously Josh, go find a high-​end steakhouse in town and make more money bro. Great attitude, very attentive, smiles at every turn. I did tell each manager, and two stopped at our table to check on things, that Josh was top notch. In fact, he was almost too nice to the point that I’ll expect that now from every BWW I visit for more Kings games.
