Panera has come a long way and they have done a terrific job in this Florham Park location. They now have kiosks so guests can order their food quickly at self service centers. If you want to use a cashier you might be greeted by Bella who has worked in this location for quite some time and is always helpful. The food is good and consistent. I love the new menu with all the salad varieties. With the new expansion there are plenty of seats as well. Keep up the good work.

Clean, fast, great food, friendly staff and great location. The restaurant is a bit dated compared to other Panera Bread locations. But all in all a great location.

Restaurant was clean, staff was polite, prices were fair. Food was just okay. I had the chicken soup in the bread. The bread was delicious, the soup was cold. I also had a side Cesar salad which was fresh.

To be fair, I only order salads here. Overpriced for the quality… Calif Pizza has salads that are comparable in price and 100% better. Panera’s Thai salad is good if you don’t order the horrific dressing they put on it(just put the peanut sauce on & it’s fine). They keep making errors and adding the disgusting dressing on it when I tell them I want the dressing«on the side». To be fair, their customer service has improved 100% in the past year and they added more tables. I still think it’s overpriced for the quality of the food. Again: what the hey is in the Thai salad’s dressing? Tastes like horse vomit mixed with dead animal juice.

Great Panera nearby several large corporations. They handle the lunch rush well. My food has always come out to order and with only a short wait. The tables were always very clean too.

Order : 1) Soba Noodle Bowl with Chicken $ 8.99 — Chicken w/o antibiotics, soba buckwheat noodles, fresh spinach, napa cabbage blend, roasted mushroom, onion blend, sesame seeds and cilantro with umami soy-miso broth 2) Tomato Mozzarella Flatbread $ 2.99 — Flatbread, arugula, basil pesto, sliced tomatoes, tomato sofrito, lemon juice & fresh mozzarella 3) Steak & White Cheddar Panini $ 8.59 4) Broccoli Cheddar Soup bowl $ 5.19 Service is okay probably no one behind or front of me. People are friendly. Inside are neat and clean. Somehow, the cashier got our soup size order wrong and name wrong. How could this happen. We didn’t tell her to correct. Food — Tried their new menu Soba Noodle Bowl with Chicken meal along with Tomato Mozzarella Flatbread. I feel like their Chicken soba very thing is great except it is heading on the salty side especially they are aiming for healthy choice. I think one time try of the chicken soba is good enough for me. However, the Tomato Mozzarella Flatbread is awesome. It tastes so good and I love it a lot especially the lime juice making the flatbread stands out more. Both are new items on their menu. We also order Steak & White Cheddar Panini and Broccoli Cheddar Soup as bowl size. I would say both the soup and the Steak & White Cheddar Panini are very excellent. I was expecting the soup would be salty but no. It wasn’t salty at all and the Steak & White Cheddar Panini doesn’t feel greasy. Overall, I would not suggest eating the chicken soba. Price — For a lunch meal it is considering expensive due to you are paying for a healthy choice. Order one item is definitely not enough for me. For this price, I would not come much, I could find a better place to eat cheaper and health as well.

They were fast at serving and some how there wasn’t a line. I normally go for a chicken ceaser and broccoli cheddar soup, today I tried to mix it up and got the soup with a turkey sandwich with swiss cheese and no tomato. Get back to the office to take a bite out of a sandwich, too bad there was no swiss cheese. It had not taste other than onions. Basically threw my half serving of sandwich away and made due with the soup. If you are saying why is this a big deal, this area is supported by businesses and as a professional I don’t have time to go back there to correct the order. If I go back, I am now only choosing to dine in, not going to risk my lunch again with this place. PS, they also have at times forgotten the chicken in my chicken caesar salad. So great service time, horrible attention to detail, in the business environment I would not give them another chance. There are better places to dine in and other options to get a good, quality lunch.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Who cares about the extra slow, and poor customer service. I get my lunch back to my office, take a bite of my sandwich, look down, and see that I nearly ate a bug. GROSS! I will NEVER eat here again. Then, I call the restaurant and the person who answers seems unmoved.

Soup good. Terrible turkey and avocado sandwich. Turkey was cold, shriveled up little shreds – like what you’d see in a Chinese dish. Bacon was ice cold and gelatinous. To their credit, the manager refunded my money when I complained. Regardless, I won’t be back – why pay ten bucks for bad food?

I love panera. They have a rewards card, so after every couple visits you get a coupon or free pastry. I usually get the pick two with broccoli cheddar soup and a salad.

This location has poor customer service. Used to to have great customer service, but over the last year, I’ve consistently had bad experiences and the workers here have the wrong attitude. I’ve emailed Panera corp 3 times — no response, no apologies. This is the last time I come here.

Meh, like most panera items they are half pre-made and quite expensive for what it is. Stopped coming awhile ago when the value of a meal became really bad but had a gift card so decided to try then again. Unfortunately they have only gotten worst. A total pick two meal and drink will run you about $ 12 for a glorified fast food lunch. My breakfast power sandwich which is just a sad little ham egg and cheese was really disappointing. Reheated prefab egg on a tiny little sandwich barely wider than the ketchup packet for $ 4.19… You could do better at McDonald’s where that practically buys you a meal; sandwich, hash brown, and coffee. Or visit a private local deli or shop where you’ll actually get your money’s worth.

Panera is Panera. The food is tasty, but as someone who eats neither meat nor poultry, I struggle with their menu. There are limited healthful non-meat options, meaning options that aren’t full of high-fat mayo or cheese. And it’s annoying that, if I order a salad without the meat that normally comes on it, the price is exactly the same as it is with meat. That’s just not fair. Bottom line is that I wish that Panera offered more, better and healthier options for folks who don’t eat meat/poultry. As others have noted, the Florham Park restaurant is incredibly busy at lunch time. That’s probably because there are a lot of office buildings in town. Good for their bottom line. But at lunch time, customers are often queued-up out the door and you can stand in line for 15 long minutes… unless you just leave and go someplace else, as I typically do. Also, at lunch time, occasionally there isn’t a free table once you obtain your food. Lastly, I often find that the tables here are dirty and I have to clean them off myself before I sit down. And when they’re baking, the restaurant can become uncomfortably hot, especially when the fireplace is on. This particular restaurant seems generally short-staffed at busy times and the management is generally nonchalant, i.e., inattentive and unconcerned.

Oh Panera, you’re so convenient. They make a decent cappuccino and a pretty good chocolate croissant. Panera also makes an awesome bacon egg and cheese. I prefer their breakfast to most things on the menu. It’s definitely pricey and not an every day kinda thing, but it’s a good treat. I’m taking off the fourth star for the service. Panera is good, but this Panera makes a lot of mistakes. I’ve gotten home and my salad has no chicken in it. They’re always happy to fix it, but sometimes it’s too late. So with this Panera location, always check your order.

Food was ok but this was not a well run Panera Bread… When we got there we waited in line for like 10 minutes with only one girl running the register. The line remained throughout out meal and we had to fight our way out of the door. You could tell the staff were not motivated or happy to be there… A rare experience from my trips to different Panera Bread locations Saying that the food was fine.

This Panera Bread is conveniently located across from a Trader Joe’s so it is the perfect spot to do an inexpensive meal before/after grocery shopping. I really liked that this Panera had a lot of outlets. I’m always searching for a place to study/do my work and a lot of the Panera locations near me don’t have a lot of outlets, but this location has plenty to spare. I ordered their Mediterranean Salmon salad and it was very refreshing and filling. It didn’t weigh me down, but I was pleasantly full and it gave me a strong energy boost for the rest of the day. Next time, I’ll make sure to come by for lunch when I’m feeling the midday slump. If you haven’t been to a Panera’s before, their prices aren’t what I’d label inexpensive for the items they sell, but I definitely feel that it is worth the extra $ because the quality is much higher. There are plenty of delis all around where I could go and purchase a bagel for $ 1 less, but guaranteed it won’t taste as good as Panera’s. Oh, and their cream cheese spreads are awesome. I am absolutely in LOVE with their hazelnut cream cheese(they even offer a low-fat option, WHATT). Thankfully, there aren’t too many Panera’s in my nearby vicinity and they always require a drive because my obsession with them isn’t very healthy for the waistline.
This specific Panera is extremely busy especially during lunch hours. I have been to this Panera numerous times to meet my gf and I have to say I haven’t had a bad meal/experience to date. Whether you have a sandwich, soup or a salad, you can’t go wrong. Recommendations: Soup: Cream of Broccoli Sandwich: Toss up b/w Chipolte Chicken Panini or Tuna Salad: Tough choice b/w Chopped Chicken Cobb with Avocado or Greek Downside: Prices. Meal w/drink is generally $ 12 or more… but the food is worth it. Since it gets busy seating fills up quickly. Parking lot is also a bit crowded since it’s part of a strip mall. Enjoy!
