LongHorn Steakhouse

Not even sure why I gave it one star. We didn’t eat a thing because at 4pm on a Friday afternoon they had two servers serving over 10 tables. Totally unorganized. Several of us couples just up and left. Never again.

When my wife and I are craving the best steak we can get, we go to Longhorn. Nothing else compares when it comes to a steakhouse. The star of the show is the steak, almost always cooked perfectly and always delicious. I recommend the sauteed onions and mushrooms as an added side along with a big baked potato and tons of butter. And the bread and butter they drop off to keep you busy is perfect. We’ve been coming to the Florissant Longhorn for many years and the service has always been fast and friendly which is incredible over such a long time. A steak will cost you about $ 20 but it comes with a side and it is crazy delicious when you deserve a treat.

Attended a birthday party here recently, and I just want to give our server Gina a huge HIGH FIVE! There had to have been about 30 of us. Once we were all seated at various tables and booths (an ordeal in and of itself since the restaurant doesn’t have a private party room), Gina swooped in and and efficiently took our orders.
She was extremely pleasant and didn’t get ruffled when changes to orders were needed, or the unending requests for refills were made! There were very few mistakes made when our food was served. And when one difficult member of the group decided to send his meal back, Gina and management replaced the meal AND took it off the bill without any flap!
The wait for our meals was relatively short considering the size of our group. And at check time she was very accommodating to those who needed split checks.
I hadn’t eaten here in some time, but the food was great — my steak and broccoli cooked to perfection, and thanks to that and the awesome service, I will go back!

I came for my birthday. The service was great and the food was delicious. Loved the dessert.

Im giving five stars because it is the best chain steakhouse and i like this one on lindberg. I always get Flo’s Filet and it is cooked and seasoned perfect everytime. I went last night and finally decided to review it. The bread was piping hot. The sweet tea mule i had last night was pretty darn good. Its a seasonal special drink… basically an alcoholic Arnold Palmer but it was perfect. I usually upgrade and get the strawberry salad which is good but opted for the seasonal parmesean spinach dish and baked potato. I also always get the table side steak sauce. Thats stuff is good. My waitresss was amazing last night too. No complaints here!

Again, another staple in restaurants. I’m partial to the appetizer Shrimp with a salad and fries. I’m simple like that. Yaaasss!

I love everything about this place, their cesar salad is the best. I’ve really been enjoying their spicy chicken bites appetizer. You know their bread is amazing. The service is really good at this location, I’ve never been dissatisfied.

The waitress Tiffany was very friendly and even suggested food when i asked between dishes. very receptive to when my glass was getting empty and needed a refill and made sure i was properly taken care of. sure its a chain but when dealing with chains to me it comes down to how the customer service is. i hope the rest of the staff are as accommodating as she was.
will come back again.

My mom wanted lobster tails, her preferred place was closed and Unilocal pointed us to Longhorn Steakhouse. Upon reading the menu, only one dinner included a lobster tail. She wanted 2 and 2 sides. After speaking with the waitress I was informed they have a meal with 2 lobster tails and two sides for 24.99 buts it’s not on the menu. She ordered the tails potato and leeks augratin and a baked potato. She thoroughly enjoyed.
Im allergic to shell fish and not a fan of steaks (lol) so I ordered the steak burger with grilled onions, pickles, lettuce and cheddar cheese. It only comes with fries. I think you should have the option of choosing sides especially when you are paying almost $ 11 for a burger meal with out being charged extra. The taste was good but I probably won’t go back.

This was my moms first time there and she loved it! Shaina, the waitress we had was wonderful. Her hospitality was something to be recognized. She made sure we were comfortable and any issues we had with the food she took care of right away. The good was great. This is why I like coming here.

After going to a different longhorn a few weeks ago, I was presently surprised by the great service and food I received here. Everything was nice and hot when it came out and my drink was always refilled without me having to ask which is a huge thing for me. My steak was also perfectly cooked and very tasty which is also important too!

This was my family’s first time here. Service was great, food was great! I would definitely recommend this restaurant. I ordered the Parmesan crusted chicken with mashed potatoes and a Caesar salad, my husband ordered the salmon with mashed potatoes. No complaints from either us!

The wife and I ordered some take out tonight. My entire meal was great… Everything about my wife’s meal was horribly wrong. I called to complain and spoke with the manager, Bill. Bill listen to me, gave me options and fixed the problem! Longhorn went from two stars to five thanks to the manager and how well he took care if us. Thanks Bill!

We noticed some wear in the restaurant. Ordered an Outlaw. Tasted a bit undercooked, and it was warm when it came out. Felt like it was dying in the window while they waited on other table items to prepare. Note: They don’t have sweet honey spread for bread here. Just salted butter.

we were being lazy on presidents day and the commercial came on for the steakhouse dinner for two and it look one look, off we went. their damn limeade is soooon good. the salad appetizer of the tonion and the steak entrees were delish. everything cooked well. waitress was amazing and overall impressed with the chain restaurant

I’m soo in love with this place. The service here is great! We had a great waitress, She was very friendly & sweet. I order the porterhouse steak dinner cooked well done, with a lobsert tail on the side. My food came very hot & the steak was so juicy. I will be going back soon!

Love this place! Consistantly dependable for a chain. We like to eat at the bar, watch TV and chat the bartenders. Great service!!! They «get it». And they’ll continue to get our business.
