Went through the drive-thru this morning at 8:30, girl that took my card was rude, no greeting, no smile, very poor customer service. Will go somewhere else.

The lady taking the orders was not very friendly this morning at the drive thru, almost as though she doesn’t care for the customers and is annoyed if you ordered a Traveler of Coffee over the app. I had ordered the Traveler almost 10 mins before I made it to the window and she was not happy about it. She wasn’t customer focused and was super negative in her responses to every question. Once I was up to the window she even interrupted the cashier and stated come back in 15 minutes! The younger girl running the window was very friendly, and remained friendly and positive, which is why I’m giving them at least 3 stars.

Always busy but the employees are friendly and efficient. Clean and well kept. Drinks are always done to perfection and never had a problem here. Drive thru moves fast and the wait is not that bad. Just a note sign up for the rewards program. Special drink and food discount and free stuff.

We are regulars at this Starbucks. The staff are always very friendly, they get to know you. We can start to talk at the drive-thru and they already know who we are and what we order. The drinks are always made perfectly by the baristas and it is just a great place to go and relax. Nice and comfortable if you choose to sit inside or on the patio. Love Starbucks and this one in particular.

Poor customer service. Half and half is not put out most of the time and you ask for some they just give you a little bit. You want more they charge you .60 for it!!! Never heard of Starbucks charge for milk!!!
