If I could give no stars at all I would! This is my 2nd time I ordering for delivery & I JUST received our pizza to only find out after the driver left our food was not right. They NEVER get sh**t right!!! This will be my last time ordering from Pizza Hut on Flower Mound Rd. No wonder the ratings are SO low!!!

Hate to do this, but have to agree with the other reviews… awful. We’ve tried a few times this past year and every time our food is cold or not right. Today we ordered bread sticks, pizza and cinnamon sticks. The bread sticks were ice cold, plain, without any of the garlic topping and in the same box with the cinnamon sticks (also cold), which made the bread sticks taste sweet (not a big deal for me, but is for my kids) and the pizza was luke warm at best. It’s 2:27 on a Tuesday? How busy can you be that you can’t get me hot food in less than 40 minutes, and oh yeah, I live less than a mile from the store? We actually threw away the food, that bad. Sorry guys, 3 strikes… done!

This is how our wonderful pizza got delivered to us. This location needs to alert the drivers to not SIT ON THE PIZZA! We called at 5:08 PM and was told 30 minutes. Pizza shows up at 6:00pm cold and smushed to the side. You got to try hard to be that bad. My sister and I were dying when we opened the box and couldn’t stop laughing. We called and they are remaking it and told us 25 mins and it’s been 35, so we will see how this goes…

Disappointing home delivery. When I opened the Waffle Box its almost empty. It’s really strange! Seems like someone ate my food! It’s really bad never happened until now!
