I mean honestly pizza is pizza, but these guys are def good at what they do. The food is always fresh and very generously portioned, especially for the price! Whats more important about this place is the character of the people. generally all around good guys who are pleasant and treat customers well. it feels like a genuine neighborhood pizza place run by a positive group of people. Its places like this that we need to keep supporting over that corporate garbage you see on television.

This is one of my go-​to pizza places! Their plain slices are really great! Usually I order from here at work so along with the pizza we get garlic knots which are also really fantastic and wings. The wings here are really crispy and come with their hot sauce and blue cheese/​ranch on the side. The hot sauce isn’t anything too special but it definitely hits the spot! They deliver in a very timely fashion and are always super friendly! I have absolutely no complaints with this establishment.

Stopped by here because a cousin had ordered pizza from here one time. Location was very convenient from where I lived so I figured why not. I ordered a sausage pizza and it tasted pretty good. It wasn’t an out of the world type of pizza, but it wasn’t terrible either and nothing was burnt which is always a plus. I would come here again and try the garlic knots next time since my friend highly recommended it

great Pizza, chicken roll, meatballs, shrimp parm… and the staff there is great! Hubby and I go at least once a week!

Been coming here for more than 15 years! I love their thin crust pizza and their soft and flakey garlic knots! This is the most popular pizzeria in the Auburndale area. There’s about 8 — 10 tables for eating in; but because I live on the same block I usually order for pick up. They get my order of 1 whole pie and about 6 – 9 garlic knots ready within 15 minutes more or less. The male staff for the most part are twin brothers who have been working in this family owned business since they were young teenagers. I always order from Mike and Sons once a week, usually on Tuesdays for their special of a whole pie for about $ 9.00.

The pizza is delicious and my daughter loves the garlic knots. Delivery is always fast and the food hot. Totally would recommend.

Pretty decent.
However, some staff members can be rude. Other than that, great food, fast delivery, and everything you’d wish for at a pizza joint.

The pizza is good and the service is always top notch. I consistently have faster than estimated deliveries, no matter what I’ve ordered. When I eat in, they are always helpful and incredibly friendly. I’m lucky to live near this little slice of heaven…(Sorry for the pun.)

This place makes great pizza. The staff is friendly and everything is usually fresh. on Tuesdays they have 10 dollar pies so we order from here every Tuesday. The pie is made pretty quick and always made to our liking if we ask for it a certain way (like over cooking a tad). Great tasting food, clean and friendly staff and organization, great prices. no complaints here.

Out of everything I have reviewed on my Unilocal page, Michael and Sons of Flushing is where I have been the most. Since I live in walking distance going out for a slice is something I do on the weekly. And not for taste, but for price. 5 years ago I would of told you the pizza was mediocre but since under new management, the taste is above average. The real winner here is the price. 9 dollar pies on Tuesday, and a family special of a pie, garlic knots, chicken, and salad is only 20. Look no further, because if your looking for cheap New York pizza you’ve found your home

I just Ordered for the first time. Brother has been telling me about this place. The girl who answered the phone was very nice and took my order thoroughly. The delivery was fast and the delivery guy was a nice guy. I got the food the pizza was good the wings were good and the garlic knots are huge. Definitely found my new pizza spot. Not even my neighborhood pizzeria delivers faster than you.

From being the asian kid who was forced to go to the prep school next door, this place has been the one of the reasons classes were bearable as a kid. Their garlic knots are probably the best i’ve ever had, on top of the fact that they are gigantic.
All of the pizzas are great and have gotten better over the years. My favorite is honestly just a plain slice but i’ve tried anything from mushroom, pepperoni, chicken parm and sicilian slices and all of them are crisp and mouth watering good.
p.s thanks for being great people on Sunday and staying open to heat up slices of us even when the shop was about to close down.

I just love these guys. Very quality food. Love their specials. Tuesday always make me feel nice with the 10 $ pickup special.

I’ve been ordering from this place on and off for a couple years– their food was always very good and some of their prices were excellent. Today however I had an awful experience– the kind that you can never order from there again experience. I keep looking back to think how I could have handled it better, but there really wasn’t anything I did wrong.
I placed an order via Grubhub at 12:09pm. A fairly small order this time. Estimated delivery time was 1PM to 1:10PM. I waited until 1:25PM and called them to make sure they got the order. I was told that not only did they get the order, but it was in fact delivered. It went out for delivery at 1PM and the delivery person had already returned. I explained it wasn’t delivered to me. They said they’d call me back shortly.
When they called back they said they would make a new order and send it out, and that the original order was mis-​delivered. I accepted that resolution– I didn’t give them any complaints– first starting my order 90+ minutes after they got it but mistakes happen, and I still wanted my food. So all is good. Hung up and waited for my food.
About 10 minutes later the doorbell rings, it’s the delivery guy. There is no possible way they had time to remake the order and deliver it, so we ask him if this was freshly made or what? To his credit he admits it is not fresh it is the order he mis-​delivered. He got it back from «a neighbor» (I have no idea which one) and is now going to give it to me– technically my mom since I am in a wheelchair and can’t get to the door.
She tells him no thank you, we just talked to the restaurant and they said they were sending fresh food. Instead of understanding and leaving he insists we take it. Mom tells him we don’t want food that has been in someone else’s house– who knows what may have happened to it. He then starts telling her it’s going to come out of his pocket. We insist he leave and take the food with him.
I call the restaurant one more time to straighten it out. I explain what happened and I am passed to some guy, I assume either the owner or manager. I try to explain to him what happened and right away he has an attitude with me. I tell him we don’t want food that has been in someone else’s house, and it’s not right for the delivery guy to be trying to guilt my mom into accepting food he misdelivered. I can only assume the man I was speaking to didn’t quite understand what I was saying because he’s telling me to take the food. I tell him again I don’t want the old food, I wanted the fresh order. He confirms he’s still making the fresh order and will send it, but I should take the old food. I again tell him I’m not taking the old food, and I would just assume cancel the order at this point. I even try to say I’m sorry it didn’t work out today trying NOT to burn any bridges because I liked this place. Then he gets angry and says «Do you think I NEED your $ 20» well at that point we hung up, I called Grub Hub and cancelled the order and got my $ 26 back.
So sad I can’t trust this place anymore. I didn’t want it to be like this. :(

Honestly didn’t like it.
If you prefer pizza sauces that are on the sweeter savory side with super thin crust, you may also be disappointed.
My wife and I live close by so we decided to venture out of way to try this place. We had a regular slice and chicken slice — they were both not to what we are used to.
Our go to pizza places in queens are Lucia’s, Amore (most awesome), and villa rustica (for their grandma slices and fra diavolo pies only)

I’ve passed by this place often and today I got to try it out.
I wanted a pasta so I got ziti with meat sauce. It looks like the pastas are made once you order which doesn’t take long and you get it hot and fresh. The prices are reasonable for the good portion sizes they serve.
I suppose I’ll update my review once I’ve tried their pizza.
The pasta was good and the garlic bread served on the side was a plus.
