If I can give this place –10 stars I would. The prices are great but the customer service is horrible. The first time I went one of the cashiers had such a terrible, nasty attitude. The second time I went was today 10÷13÷15 I was waiting for a cashier to come to the counter and when she finally came she completely disregarded that i was standing there and took the customer in back of me like what kind of customer service is that. Then i politely told her that i was waiting first and she proceeded to call another employee. Then the second cashier came and when I needed to sign off on the receipt she didn’t tell me to sign she just threw the receipt on the counter and when handing me a copy of it she placed it on the counter and walked away. This is the second bad experience I’ve had with this place. They lucky I didn’t curse them out because I’m not that kind of person but I rather not come back. Oh and the parking is terrible some guy parked right behind my car and I had to wait 10 minutes to find who it was. They need to retrain their employees on customer service cause it is ridiculous or just fire them especially the fat cashier with black hair. Not coming back!

So the manager Rita finally got back in touch with me. We discussed the issue and she was very apologetic and helpful. They are sending out a new brush this week. Thankfully this was resolved in a professional manner.

I’m glad I wasn’t turned away for not having a beauty-​related business or a license. I see even high school students shop in here as well. They have a decent selection of manicure and pedicure items. I just wished they also carried Zoya and Nubar instead of the standard brands that are carried in any other drugstore.
