Although this is my local Taco Bell, I pretty much only indulged when in Sac at the Watt and Alta Arden location. The Watt/Arden location consistently delivers fresh and delicious food and the opposite was true here. The menu items would be made ridiculously sloppy and you’d be lucky if it was hot. I’m pretty picky about fast food as it makes it easier to limit my intake. However, since the remodel, here, the food is at least equal to the Watt and Arden TB. I don’t know how they did it, but this [Bidwell] location, is dangerously good now. Ugh!

This particular location has some very friendly people but they suck at taking your order correctly. There have been multiple occasions where I ordered something and what I got was nowhere close to what I asked for.

So I have to say that this taco bell has one of the most retarded drive thru cashiers I have ever come across. I don’t know her name but she is ages 18 – 21,brown hair and brown eyes. She worked today when I went through the drive thru around 6:10 p.m.(I had just gotten out of work and I was tired! I wanted something quick to just go home and relax.) Anyways about a month ago I had gone to the same drive through and ordered food. As I was ordering she kept asking me to repeat the order because she kept not paying attention. I would hear her laughing on the speaker and then turn off the speaker and come back on like«what was that?» She kept not paying attention and she kept dicking around. Honestly really annoying. It’s like, pay attention to what you are doing and provide some customer service. She was just playing around and when I finally pulled up to the window she was missing like three different items with a fourth made wrong. I couldn’t believe I had repeated the order so many times and she still didn’t get it. What an idiot. So whatever I grabbed my food and left. Today(a month later) I go through the same drive through again… again I’m having to repeat the order over and over because she’s laughing and talking to other people. I then go to the window and this dumbass has my order wrong again. She’s a fucking idiot. No brain power in that empty head. I couldn’t believe it. How is she employed? Equal employment? I guess. so when I asked her to take the item back and fix it she has a stupid ass look on her face, like she’s mad. Uhmmmmm why are YOU mad? You’re the dumbass here! I’m paying you to be an idiot yet you are mad? Get real. You need to be fired for being so incompetent. Then she makes the most stupid face because I check my bag to make sure the order is right… uhm with your dumbass working I HAVE to check my bag. Grow a brain.

Wow if you want a Taco Bell that gives you low quality service at a 3rd grade education level this one delivers! My friends and I were floored when our 5 freezes added up to $ 7 during Happy Hour. I can’t believe they knew new math that us college kids hadn’t learned yet, impressive Taco Bell impressive. And when we got our mixed freezes it was as if they were mixed by a monkey with a lazy eye. Once again Taco Bell goes above and beyond to train animals to do human jobs, take that Seaworld. Just wanted to say great job Taco Bell at making our causal fun outting into a heated nightmare, only you could have accomplished that. Stay Golden Taco Bell stay golden!

I have to say, i was delighted with the food; I have fallen in love with the quesadilla and there crunchy tacos. I even met the manager, Ray, he was very nice and answers all the questions i have. So, overall a very nice taco bell.

Standard Taco Bell. I try to get here on the early side of lunch so I have never had a major wait. Service has always been pretty friendly. Food could be warmer at times. Probably precooked for the lunch rush so I get that. Need to put more than 1 napkin and 2 hot sauces in the combo box!

Updating my 1 star review after going back and actually speaking to Ray, the manager I dealt with when I initially received a bad food item. I just could not NOT say anything when going back there for the first time since the incident, and since he was the one helping us at the counter I told him the entire story of the manager with the bad attitude. He apologized profusely and wanted to give me my food for free. I declined because I had already received it but I appreciated his apologies and that he promised to follow-up with that employee. I also appreciated that he did not make up any lame excuses for the poor service. +2 stars for Ray! Yay!

I hate Taco Bell on all kinds of ethical levels, but I seem to be somewhat addicted to their food. Even when I’m dieting, I just go Fresco style. I can’t help myself. I come to this location a lot because it’s the closest one to me, but it’s by far the worst location in Folsom, consistently, across the board. The portions here are ALWAYS less than at the other two Folsom locations, and since I used to work for Taco Bell, I happen to know that they are also often underweight. On at least three occasions off the top of my head, my food was missing ingredients, and again, on at least three occasions, when I asked where my ingredients were, I was told that they were out of them. There is nothing a restaurant can do to anger me more than to sell me food without informing me that they are out of tomatoes. I am obsessed with tomatoes, and they are my favorite food ever. If you are out of tomatoes, I want my ninety-nine cents back, and yes it is that important to me. I used to think the customer service was bad at this location, and I still mostly think that, but today I came across a friendly employee for the first time ever. It was an older woman running the front counter. She is, again, the only friendly employee I have ever encountered at this location. I was sad that she stepped into the back when my food was ready, because this meant that it had to be handed to me by an overly emotional teenage girl who looked like she was currently thinking about(and angry about) her daddy issues. Like I said, I’m addicted, so I’ll be back, but this location has tons of work to do if they want to catch up to the other locations on terms of quality, quantity, cleanliness, and customer service.

Overcharged me on food even though I specifically asked the cashier if it was correct. Then I had to drive back for them to refund me. The manager was professional in the refund.

This place is basically: unsatisfactory. I’ve gone here a couple times bc it’s the closest to my house. They mess up orders, can’t distinguish the difference b/w hot and mild sauce at times, jip a lot off the size of burritos, and their customer service… despicable. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Ever. Makes me appreciate every other taco bell in the world a lot more.

I know I am writing this review a little late but back in January of this year(2011) I was in the area to bring my car into the shop. After my car was done being worked on I was headed to work, I realized that I had not eaten all day and just happened to swing by this Taco Bell to grab a quick bite to eat. I went through the drive through and there was about three cars in front of me and the line was not super slow but it was not a fast moving line by any means either. I got to the speaker box and placed my order of two chalupas and one crunch wrap.(Yes I was quite hungry) The girl on the other end of the line seemed confused about if I wanted it as a combo on both of my items or not and I said no but I do want a drink. There was a long pause and she just said to pull to the window so I did. I just figured that she had gotten it all squared away so I went ahead and paid her using my debit card when I got to the window. She gave me my food and I parked in the parking lot and looked at the total on the receipt and realized that it was really cheap then noticed they did not charge me for two chalupas. Then I looked in the bag and saw they had only given me a cruchwrap. I was like okay no big deal and went back in the store to tell them the issue and i just placed a second order for the two chalupas and figured I’d wait and be on my way in a few minutes. Well I placed my order and then a few other people placed there order after me. Then those same people were getting their food before mine and this cycle continued for about 15 minutes. The staff were the biggest slackers I had ever seen, they were just goofing off with some high school students that were in the store and it had became obvious that they were not even making my food. I usually would have just left but seeing how I already paid I kind of wanted my food so I finally got a employee’s attention and asked him what the deal was, and he said that they forgot and it would be right up. He hurries back to make my food and apologizes and I leave. I got back to my car and began to eat my food. As I bite down into my chalupa I get a mouthful of refried beans, I was confused at first as to what I had use eaten as it was not beef at all. I open it up to discover that it was just refried cold beans, cheese, lettuce and sour cream. It was disgusting and I did not bother to go back in I needed to get to work and I just left. I thought the chalupas came with beef or steak not just refried beans that have not even been heated up all the way. Bottom line is don’t go to this location, they mess your orders up, ignore you when you are at the counter give you cold food, and the place was not that clean either. I have placed this exact same order at other location and it never gets messed up, this location is just a joke, the employees suck and I am guessing management is no better.

This taco bell sucks! Order is always messed up and they jip you on food. My beef burrito had very little beef in it so I asked for a new one and it turned out the same. Won’t go back.

The employees love my car. One guy even offered to give me free taco bell for 5 years in exchange for my car. I did the math, it wasn’t worth it.
