They did a great job fixing my cracked iPad screen (thanks to my adorable 3 year old for that). Even included a 30 day warranty. Very quick service.

DO NOT GO HERE — PLEASE. You will be wasting your money. I thought it sounded like a great deal to only pay $ 130 – 150 to get each of my kids phones fixed (both had dropped and cracked screens. One was done 6 months ago and the other 2 months ago. Both had their screens start coming off — literally. You could see into their phones from the side. When I called and explained the situation they said they would look at the phones, but when I mentioned my daughter lives in Santa Barbara and was just home on school break when they fixed her phone. They immediately said the phone lifting was due to the humidity of living near the beach! I don’t know about you, but I haven’t heard that all coastal towns aren’t able to keep their phones together. When I laughed at this, then they said the other reason is her phone must have been bent before they fixed it. Next my son’s screen started popping off this weekend and we looked at it and saw the screen is bent. So you know what the problem is — the Cellphone Store doesn’t know how to really do a good job on fixing your screen, so they are the ones bending your phones when you get them repaired. Again — PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM, SUCH A WASTE OF TIME. I had to get two new phones as both phones completely stopped being usable after the tops of them came off. And of course, the store only offers a 30 day guarantee.

Left them my tablet for a battery replacement. I know that it Bay be difficult to find the battery to purchase, as I couldn’t either, so that’s forgivable. What isn’t is that they didn’t call me for a three week period. I had to call them several times for updates. Every time they told me they had tried calling, but this is not true. It never rang, and I received no voicemail.
At least they didn’t make me pay.

Fantastic fast and affordable service. Anthony was fantastic. In less than 30 min he replaced my iPhone battery and charging port with new parts and brought my wet iPhone back to life saving all my data! Yahoo! Total cost$ 60.
The Apple Store had told me replacing the charging port was not possible. They said I’d have buy a new phone $ 650, and send my ruined phone to Drive Saver to get my data off it. Drive Savers quoted me $ 700 at the cheapest. Never take your Apple products to the Apple Store, they lie to people.

Got my iphone 6 lcd repaired today Anthony was friendly and very knowledgeable when it came to cellphones and computers. Repair took about 30 minutes or so I was in and out of there satisfy.

We have done business twice with these folks. First was the purchase of a used unlocked cell phone. Anthony was extremely helpful during the purchase. He took the time during the purchase to put in my SIM card, program the settings and try it out before I left the store as well as taking time to explain the phone. The price was a few dollars more than some random seller on E-​Bay, but they have a 30 day warranty with local support, which was worth it for me. Not 2 weeks later the recipient of said phone dropped it on a tile floor, breaking the screen. We took it back to these guys for repair. They had a replacement in stock, and had it back up and running within an hour or so. The store is rather unassuming, but don’t let that prevent you from going here. Taking my tablet in next to fix the headphone jack.

Convenient, fast, and friendly. Anthony and Eric were very helpful. They suggested adding an extra glass screen to protect against future breaks but did not pressure me to buy. Of course at such a reasonable price, it was absolutely worth it and they applied it right away!

Had a shattered screen on my Samsung Galaxy4. Checked out 2 locations in Folsom and The Cell Phone Store came in $ 30 less than the guy up the road. Repair took about 30 mins. Fast, friendly, and low cost. What more can you ask for. He has only been open for about 1 month so give him a try.

I had broken, more like shattered my iPhone screen. I was eating at Togo’s when I noticed the cell phone repair shop. Brand new screen roughly~$ 50.00 cheaper than anyone else and had it fixed in 30 minutes! Nice staff, great service! The shop itself is a little run down looking-Don’t let the looks turn you away from the service!

I was going to check with a repair shop that is further down E. Bidwell, when I saw this shop that had recently opened next to Togo’s. I dropped in to see how much it would cost to fix the glass I had broken on my Samsung Galaxy S6. I was given a quote and I thought I would check out the other place to compare the two prices. The other place was $ 50 more expensive! Since I am all about saving money, which is why I didn’t feel like «wasting money» on phone insurance and had to pay out of pocket-​ugh, I went back to The Cellphone Store and ordered a part for my busted phone. It is fixed now and looks awesome! I am so happy with their friendly customer service and good work. I will totally go back if I am ever dingy enough to not insure a brand new phone.
