Only because of the ice cream. Sherbet is my favorite. I liked the cone dipped in chocolate. However, I don’t crave ice cream that much. As I could crave cookies. But put some cookie dough in as a ice cream flavor. Isn’t so bad.

Love this place. A lady helped me the other day, Gina I believe that was her name. She was very polite and fast with helping me get my ice cream!

Worst experience at a Baskin Robbins ever! The actual ice cream is good of course, but I got home with my 3 Sundaes $ 17 later and the hot fudge was clumpy and burnt. They must have put half a cup of pineapple. It was just a huge disappointment. Will not be back. All one of the girls that was making the sundaes had to say was the hot fudge was down for the night! Instead they just dumped it on all thick and clumpy if I would have saw this before I got all the way home I would have said something!

Went to get some ice cream at 9pm they close at 10pm the place looked closed the girls inside were doing their work as my wife and I were ordering one of the girls put the chairs on the tables so we could not eat in there O asked why the out side lights were off because it made it looked closed she just laughed and said I know.
Terrible service probably will not becoming back here Anytime soon

Their soft serve ice cream machine has been broken for months and by the looks of things their not going to fix it cause they took down the soft serve menu items… Guess I have to go to the one by Tyler mall

The ice cream is good but the service not so great. They charge extra for whip cream on a shake? (Recently went to another BR and they OFFERED it…) they charge extra for a cup on a kids cone… I mean come on every time we asked it was «that’s gonna be extra» total thumbs down we’ll travel the extra ½ hour for better service. That way we don’t get nickel and dimed to death… for.whipped.cream.
