Friendly service, staff is very knowledgeable as to all of the newest and up and coming games for all consoles. This is my go to place for all my games. A+

I’ve been coming to this Game Stop, 90% of the time, since 2004 or so; since I was around 20 years old. I lived in Fontana from 2004 until about 2012, but I still come and visit my family up here; and when I do, if I have some spare money, I like to come in and buy something. I guess more than anything, this Game Stop has provided me MANY memories; of many games and times in my life. I used to order all the WWE games here; play them for hours at launch. I got alot of used games here, and some I still have. I remember getting Marvel VS Capcom 3 from this store and taunting my old friend, because he hadn’t gotten it yet! Like I said, some very good memories! Right off the bat, some positives: The store is spacious and clean. It’s very accessible; maybe only crowded when they have a midnight launch. Other than that, it’s most likely the most spacious store I’ve seen. Once could even navigate a wheelchair in here! At most Game Stop shops, especially in malls, the space is so confiding and crammed. I have to use a wheelchair sometimes, and it’s a hassle if I want to look around. Often times, I will just not bother going in, knowing there is no space to move around without hitting items, shelves or people. Not a problem at this location! Another positive is their employees, who have never been anything less than nice and friendly! I only know of one other shop, with equally friendly employees — and yes, it’s also located in Fontana! Just recently, a woman, named Jacqueline, had helped me with some trouble I was having getting money refunded on a gift card. I had to go in twice, as the first visit, the problem couldn’t be resolved, due to lack of time. I went in the shop again today (⁹⁄₁₄) and she had actually remembered me and helped me get the refund. It took about 10 minutes or less, this time (phone stuff) and I was given a cash refund; no fuss or hassle. I was very appreciative, as the online support of Game Stop was/​is/​had just been ignoring me and my e-​mails. So, again, I was very grateful that an employee actually went to such trouble to help me get back $ 11! I am doing this review on this particular Game Stop location, mind you — not the actual company. If I were reviewing the company, I think we all know the STARS would be ALOT lower in count! I do want to say one thing though: I know that Game Stop has a reputation for, in more than fair words, ripping us off ($ 4 for game that is worth $ 30 or more) but I traded about 5 or 6 games that I didn’t want or have use for now, and I got about $ 40 for them. I thought it was a really fair deal, considering the games were kind of older. I was a little shocked, to be honest — I was coming in thinking I’d get about less than $ 20! So, maybe even this Game Stop location is better at trades and such. ALWAYS get the gift card though, as a rule of thumb. Taking the money (at any Game Stop location) drops the profit dramatically! So for the memories, the spacious store, the friendly staff, the very fair deals and the very awesome Harley Quinn stuff I purchased recently… I give this — MY — Game Stop, 5 STARS!
