Jack in the Box

Terrible service ordered a shake height the drive through and didn’t even receive it. Plus, they forgot my drink.

Was out on a food run and king taco and viva villa failed us! Got there a couple minutes before closing and they kicked us out. Jack in the box always comes through! Plus they serve breakfast all the time c’mon !

I usually do not eat fast food, nor do I rate fast food restaurants but I felt impelled to write a review for this specific location. The staff here is literally the friendliest Jack in the Box employees I have encountered. They are fast and service detailed.

This Jack in the Box place was pretty decent. We always stop by for either tacos, Chicken sandwiches or the Iced Mochas. Wouldn’t mind coming here again. The service is alright as well, very friendly. Not that busy like most Jack in the Box’s. Food taste good and prepared well.

I added a photo to this location because Jack corporate needs to do something about their parking lot. Who makes a parking lot that the drainage runs directly underneath where drivers step out of their car??? Who is the genius who came up with this design? Not fixing this is disrespectful and unsafe for your customers.

A friend and I stopped here to pick up food on a road trip home from San Bernardino to Bakersfield. There was easy access on and off the I-​10 Freeway at the Sierra exit. The bathrooms were very clean and free of graffiti and the workers friendly, too.
The food was standard Jack in the Box fare, but it was good and it came quickly. Jack in the Box is a time-​proven road trip food stop because it carries enough different types of food to please everyone in the car. There are tacos for those who like Mexican food. There are Teriyaki rice bowls and egg rolls for those who prefer Chinese. There are burgers, chicken sandwiches, even salads for those who are more health conscious or watching their weight.
We were stopped by a transient outside begging for money, though he was pretty polite about it. My friend ended up purchasing dinner for him and he thanked her nicely and wandered off to find a place to eat in peace.

The only reason I am reviewing Jack in the Box is because this particular location LOVES to drench your hamburgers in sauce… even worse that Carl’s Jr. So tell them easy sauce unless you want a massive amount of sauce dripping from your burger.
