This is probably the worst subway I have ever been to. They really need to higher people that can at least have the mental capacity to make a sandwich. Barely any veggies on the sandwich(6 olives on a footling.)

When I am in a rush and want a quick grub without gaining any extra calories, then Subway is my resolution. I always go for their veggie delight with loads of healthy vegetables, low cal sauces n multigrain bread. All under 230 calories, this is one good meal!

I ordered a chicken sandwich. The taste was OK. What do you expect from subway sandwich? staffs are friendly and usually helpful. Soup is tasteless and flavorless. It is nearby subway station. So convenient location.

Okay; so I took a chance and had the tuna sandwich here and not only did I have the tuna but I also had a concurrent soup(minestrone) as part of a company special. Something like soup can be dangerous because it’s «on the boil» and that can be a real breeding ground but I’m relieved to say that everything worked out for the best!

I come to this Subway a lot since I work in the area. They have a large amount of seating, and the workers are nice.

Store #28806 I’m not a fan of the Subway Sandwich franchise but extreme hunger pangs strike in my former hood of Forest Hills, Queens. One six inch sandwich with my choice of toppings and base ingredients at $ 4.50 with a bag of chips at $ 1.00 tie me over until dinner. Organized queuing system for ordering and checkout where the wait is minimal but the food quality is very mediocre. Fast food has greatly declined to discourage my taste. People who dine here appears unemployed or in the money pit. It lies nearby Forest Hills’ 71st Continental Avenue F, E, and M train station and the Long Island Rail Road where the nearest street is the infamous«Boulevard of Death»(aka Queens Boulevard).

I used to visit this Subway location almost every day. I would frequently use this restaurant for both my lunch and my dinner. The food seemed fresh, and the employees were very nice – the policies and promotions were terrific. Recently, however, there was a change in ownership, and the place has been going downhill ever since. The first thing the new owners did was raise their prices. When I complained, the owners said that since I was a frequent customer I could still pay the old prices – but that never seemed fair to me, and I still resent the price increases on behalf of all the other customers. Then there was another price increase on the«combo» deal – so now I pay almost three dollars for a soda and a package of chips, which is no deal at all. As a result, I’ve been buying my own soda and chips from Costco and eating most of my Subway sandwiches at home. Now they are getting rid of the Daily Sandwich special, which was one of the reasons that I came to this Subway as opposed to any of the other three in walking distance of my house. And today, when I was paying for my food and was told that the soda machine was not operational, I asked if I could have a bottled soda in place for the fountain soda, and they told me it would be 40 cents more. Under the previous management, they always swapped a bottled soda for a fountain soda if the machine was broken. In their efforts to increase their profits, the current owners are driving away customers. I used to spend upwards of $ 50/week at this restaurant, and now I rarely spend $ 15. After today, it’s likely that I’ll just visit one of the other Subways near my house. Attention Subway owners: When you have this much franchise competition, you can’t afford to alienate your most loyal customers.

This subway is conveniently located off of the E train and delivered a solid sandwich. The staff was not the best as they were chit chatting while I was taking my order but the sandwich was nice and hot. The sitting area is good for this area but there are alot of other delis that blow this food out of the water. I would recommend this subway for its convenience, speed and hot sandwich but the«sandwich artists» should focus on their art a little more

loved the england clam chowder! it was creamy with lots of veggies and clam pieces! for $ 3 a cup, it was satisfyingly filling! :d cannot beat the foot long sandwich price in all subway chains, mostly for $ 5(excluding tax) it is good and with wise choices you can make yourself healthy ha!

Fast sandwich service but the employees are really stupid when it comes to customers wanting to use the coupon that comes on the back of a Mets ticket. I guess the Mets so suck so bad, they don’t even wanna honor it. This is a good location. It’s right next to a the 71st Continental Ave train station, bus stops, and 1 block away from the Long Island Railroad. All major banks are located within walking distance and Midway theater is just right around the corner.

Recently went to try out the pulled pork sandwich. This thing is the biggest piece of junk I have ever seen. Two scoops of mashed meat spread over 12inches of bread. Biggest waste of money. I have even tried contacting Subway several times about this and didn’t get a single response. I wonder why. So not to say its only this subway, but all of them.

Believe it or not Forest Hills has a ton of vagrants hanging around(Probably because its home to most of Queens transportation easy enough to panhandle) They all seem to congregate at this Subway sandwich location. Subway should enforce the«20 minute sitting policy» and«no outside food or drinks» because clearly most of its«customers» do not buy the food here but take up the space.

First off Subway meats taste funny. I like meats like Boar’s Head or Thuman’s. I feel like I am eating sheets of things that kinda resemble meat but not really. And not for nothing why does the cheese all taste the same here. The Swiss cheese here has no taste and the Provolone too… If you close your eyes and sample all the cheeses here… they all taste similar… like plastic sheets. Whatever that means! ehhehe. I like the staff here but the problem is the people who come in here. There are a lot of strange people and vagrants in here. The cleanliness of the place is questionable in the eating area because it feels a bit dirty, slimy and it smells of the aroma of vagrants. Euw. I can’t step in here again! I rather buy a Bahn Mi on Grand Street in Manhattan or drive into Flushing for food. I think Forest Hills is lacking in choices for quick simple food that is affordable for people who are local and working in the area.

Like the veggie delight with cheese bread, Swiss cheese, the works and chipotle sauce. Sometimes I ask for Parmesan cheese. I used to eat versions of this sandwich about three times a week when I worked in East New York and that was the best food option. Now it’s a nostalgic sandwich of friendships and time past.

Although Subway does not seem an establishment worth taking the time to review, I chose to do so b/c the staff at this one is consistently great. Generally filled with a bunch of freaks, I recommend taking your order to go. I’ve even been a bit nervous by the after 10pm group that floats in to this place. Again, the staff is so nice that I keep going back.
