Charley’s

Food is great but the service sucks. I don’t eat there often but when I do I always order the same thing. Buffalo chicken and gourmet fries. Apparently now there is more then one type of gourmet fries. I told her I wanted the ranch on the side and everything else on top of the fries. I told her no onions add crispy bacon and to go. I also asked for ketchup in the bag. She repeated the order back and I reminded her crispy bacon and its to go. She said they put it on the grill. I said well right but I need it to be crispy. She told me to tell them when I got to that point on the line. I had to say it seven times before she heard I wanted crispy bacon. I was handed my food in a tray to eat in. Plus all my toppings were on the side. And I got no ketchup. It might not seem like a big deal but when it’s lunch rush and you know what you want it can be annoying. Everyone behind the counter just seemed confused. The only one who smiled was the manager. Lol. Hey if you hate your job don’t work there.
