Tried to get someone from Bobbi Brown to help me with the makeup on 2 different occasions. First time she wasn’t there at her scheduled time due to a shoe issue. I waited over an hour wandering the store waiting for her only to be told she doesn’t have the foundation in the color I want. She didn’t even bother to try to match me with a color near it. Second time was today when she was helping another customer and as soon as she was done with him she ran off to talk to the other make up lady & they walked out to Starbucks. Having worked as a Supervisor in Customer Service for Aafes this is completely unacceptable. Once I got in to my car I called because I wanted to speak to the GM about this but after being put on hold for over 10 minutes I was told by Ms. Washington that the manager was in a meeting and would need to call back later. Seriously? You would think with this beautiful new building with everything they have to offer keeping customers happy should be their top priority & actually easy. I should know seeing how I was hands on with my customers in our exchange back home.

This place is huge! Some of the stores include, Sally’s beauty, Giggle(baby store), Ashley Kid’s furniture Sugar Time(candy store) Game Stop MAC — — — One of the only stores that sells MAC products in the area! — — - A note about this MAC, they are very understaffed. Each time I have gone in, same issue, about 2 actual MAC employees working, who are always busy doing«makeovers» or whatever to other ladies. They are always friendly, just never available. Sometimes I just need to grab something, other times I want to test out colors and need assistance. Either way, frustrating. Once I came with a friend who wanted some new foundation, both employees were doing makeovers. We left for 30 minutes, got some stuff in the PX, came back, and they were still doing makeup on the same two ladies. The store was packed but customers got fed up and just left. This type of non-availability is not good for business and is costing the store a lot of money. Just a heads up… be prepared to WAIT. —- Some sports memorabilia store that sells a lot of team clothing, cups etc… Paul Mitchell Hair salon Great Clips Nail Salon Dentist and orthodontics office plus all the little kiosks… things remembered, local honey, phone cases… etc. And of course… the huge PX. Dianne at the firearms counter is AMAZING! She really knows her stuff and is incredibly helpful if you are a newbie in the gun game, or an expert. The older Indian gentleman who works at the watch/jewelry counter is a complete d-bag. So just a heads up… he will ignore you and walk away while you’re talking. Twice in a row now. Please find another job. Food Court Subway Smoothie King The Den(Denny’s) Boston Market Arby’s Japanese food Chinese food Chipolte coming soon I want to say there is a Charlie’s too… not sure… ###THESTARBUCKSISHORRIBLE#### I have gone a handful of times, and it doesn’t matter the day, time or staff… SUCKY. unbelievably slow, even if there is 1 person ahead of you. I have also had to send drinks back because they were so bad, and I never do that. I have gotten an attitude for it, but it’s not my fault you don’t know the basics of being a barista… like a frap vs. a tea… I was warned going in by a couple of soldiers«welcome to the slowest starbucks on earth» hope they get their stuff together.

Wow, this place is huge! We just came from a teeny tiny post and this place was overwhelming. The food court is above average and they have lots of stock in the px. The only bad point is that it could stand to be organized in a way that makes more sense.
