The coffee and snacks are definitely good but I’ve stopped by many different times and the employees are «out to lunch» frequently for hours at a time.
I’m actually finishing this review months after starting it. Guess what? It’s 11am on a Friday and they’re closed.

My wife and I are semi regulars having returned to the area. We made our way into the coffee shop in the food court where we had our first meeting with Sam Dennen, a very nice and polite barista with an amazing memory. On our second visit we had the great pleasure of meeting her again and she recited our drink orders to us from top of her head. On only our second visit, Sam has gone to the lengths of remembering, not only our drinks, but our names, and greets us on sight every time with a smile on her face.

I am a new fan of this coffee joint! My husband told me that this coffee place is popular around Army installations but it was not at any of the Army installations in Hawaii. I ordered the mocha frappé and it was delicious. The drink was strong, very chocolatey and I needed that. I’ll definitely try the caramel frappé as well.
