Beach Community Center of Fort Lauderdale

Beach Community Center is conveniently located near the beach and an ideal location to plan your Wedding Reception and/​or Ceremony. Reasonably Priced, ample parking, very close to the beach, self catering allowed, very helpful staff. Very affordable when compared to other venues!

This is the Beach Community Center, which though diversified in use is in fact mostly utilized senior citizen center. Though I qualify as a senior citizen myself, beating that mark by over a decade and half, I generally find myself being one of the younger visitors. That is, however, with a section generally reserved for children’s activities.
They offer such things as bus tours, computer training classes, card playing groups, card lessons (read canasta), some lecturers, lunch meetings, and exercise classes of a variety similar to a Silver Sneakers programs.
The facility is rather new, super clean, bright but with a distinctive institutional feel about it. The staff is friendly, accommodating and helpful in every respect.
