Stayed here the night before our cruise because it was one of the«cheapest» hotels in the area. Rates were ranging from $ 300 – 600 for this night(New Years Day). Personally, I felt that this hotel was definitely not worth $ 300 for a night. For an Extended Stay America, it was clean but it was so bare boned that you had to call the front desk if you wanted cooking utensils in order use the kitchen in your room. When I stay at other hotels with kitchens, everything is already provided for us. We had a one-room suite which happened to be extremely spacious with a full kitchen. The shower pressure was horrible though. I didn’t even bother with the breakfast because it was nothing special at all so we went across the street to Einstein Bagels. Overall, this hotel was decent for one night but extremely overpriced for its lack of services.

It was a little bit dirty and the Breakfast was just some muffins coffee and some raison bars. The room was ok it smelled a litte bad but you could open the window. Its just a 5 minute drive to the Beach. The staff was friendly and helpfull. For one night its ok

We had a reservation at another ESA property in Davie, but were relocated to this property due to unforeseen maintenance issues at Davie property. Check in front staff were very professional and courteous. Room was nice, recently remodeled, and smelled very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed stay here, and look forward to visiting again if ever in the area. Property is close to the beach and shopping centers, so there is plenty to do even if you don’t have a car. Plus, it is my understanding that hotel has a shuttle that takes passengers to the nearby international airport. We overheard the manager talking to another guest about scheduling a shuttle the next morning.

Old. Carpet sticky. Original room smelled like smoke and its a non smoking hotel. «Upgraded» to a king size bed room now on different floor that smelled like incense, and shower wasn’t working, but too settled to move again, but a/c had big blowout and woke us up w horrible loud sonic boomlike sound at 4am! But lady at front who moved us was friendly, and maintenance guy chatted to us in elevator next morning on our way to run the dog, and when after told him issues and was fixed by time we returned. So 5* for maintenance guy but next time will stay at hilton across road that was just a bit more $ that night
