I’m only reviewing the nail technician Rafaela on the mani/pedi I received from her. At a $ 45 price point, the outcome was mediocre at best. My toe nails where not cut or filed to be somewhat even. I mentioned how i get extra skin that grows on my big toes that leads to in grown nails, and well, she didn’t remove any of it. what really baffled me was when I had to ask to use a base coat as she was about to start applying the color polish directly to my toe nail. She then used the excuse that I didn’t have a base coat on when she removed my polish therefore she thought I didn’t want one. I had one on, but even if I didn’t, shouldn’t she still have applied one like any other nail tech would? She then applied the polish half as. Not reaching the corners. And the clean up was non existent. The mini massage was awesome! My mani went a little better, 2 days later I still don’t have a broken nail. But I did not let her paint my nails, not even a base or clear coat, I came home and painted them myself. It’s my fault for not driving down to my salon(more than an hour away but worth it). If you are ever in MIA by Dadeland/Dadeland circle try out«the hair color salon» for mani/pedi. My days of trying to find a nail salon in FtLauderdale are over. I’ve tried several and always come up disappointed, and the one time I did like the job done it was a $ 65 mani/pedi which is ridiculous price point. I’m posting a picture, would you pay $ 45 for a mani pedi that ends up like that?
