I have to say that I find this place frustrating at best. When the girl behind the register has a manager tag and she can’t seem to find a simple audio extension cord, not to mention zero enthusiasm to help me, felt like I was bothering her from her texting, we’ll you have to wonder how they stay in business. Only once did I walk in and find one sales person that was great…95% of the time, it’s much easier for me to look for product myself. I live in the neighborhood and its around the corner, so its convenient but after this review, I will never go back to this store. There is a Radio Shack off 17th Street, not far away — it’s worth the extra drive, I have given this place more than enough benefit… even filled out their «receipt survey», but clearly from their lack of concern for customers, don’t waste your time with the survey on the receipt.

This was a pretty rough even for Radio Shack. Went in trying to find a few adapters and they had significant trouble trying to locate what I needed. Ended up getting frustrated and left.
