Trump International Hotel & Tower

This resort hotel does a good job of accommodating requests from turning up the hot water to ironing my suit same day. The lobby is very clean and laid out wellI.
Request a corner room. It offers a view of the intercostal and ocean. We stayed in 2116 and it was spacious.
There are 3 pools w/​waterfalls and the ocean is a few steps away.
Chair and umbrella service is included.
The restaurant on the beach was good and they played edm as well as top 40.
Only drawback, long waits for the elevator but there’s 31 floors w/​approximately 40 rooms per.
Great ballroom for the wedding we attended w/​prompt and courteous staff.

I booked this hotel through
a few months back, (a personal favorite, their reward system is solid) the staff were pleasant, the room décor was a bit cold, but spacious and tidy. I checked in, quickly dropped off my luggage, and headed across the street to a charming little Indian eatery, with pretty white table cloths, beautiful pieces of lamb and curry (Copper Chimney).
When I came back around 9 pm, I found my hotel room door completely open, as well as the balcony door open. I did a quick scan of the room, my luggage didn’t appear to be bothered, so I closed the door and went down to the front desk to report the incident. They were apologetic, offered to change my room key and told me they would send security to see what had occurred. I was never followed up with. Maybe a maid left it open… who knows, but it naturally felt super unsettling!
I reluctantly spent the night, and checked out first thing in the morning. The front desk didn’t appear to have any notes on the occurrence, I retold my experience, they apologized (again) and charged me for my stay, and a $ 125 early depature fee. Oy vey!
I moved down the street to the Turnberry Isle Miami Resort, and had a very pleasant stay. All is well that ends well, except on Unilocal,perhaps!

I’ve stayed a couple of times here and my experience has been great. The service is good, the food at the restaurants is great. Rooms are clean and neat. I really like this place and the area.

I have stayed at this hotel, which overall is very nice. My disappointment came from the filthy bathrooms. It looks like they were not taking care of it at all, especially the one by the pool. The restrooms stank, were dirty, and remained like that all day. I am not sure what it means about the rest of the resort.
The food was average at best, and the service ok…

Worth Place ever still fighting with my charge back that they charge to the room I stay in and use my credit card for. I am not step up to some one else messing this room up and will not pay for it… You will get more bad reviews from me soon.

This would be great if it were open.
