The food is nasty. Chicken sandwiches were soggy, the lettuce wasn’t fresh, chicken nuggets were cold and the frosty was melted. Nothing was good. The lady at the window held onto my card for a long time which made me uncomfortable. I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star.

Wow. Super, super rude employees. We asked for mustard with our burger and they seemed outraged. We had two burgers, but when we asked for a second mustard, there was even more eye rolling and outrage. The employees were yelling at each other. They were «not my job“ing each other in front of customers. Seriously… I wouldn’t go here if I were you, unless you don’t mind being treated like dirt while ordering your food.

Stopped here on the way to the keys after a long flight in. Friendly staff, and food was cooked to Wendy’s standards. Fresh and hot.

Worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. Only one register was open, and the workers seemed to barely even notice that there were customers present. The two people in front of me both had their orders messed up multiple times. I have been in line for fifteen minutes and just now ordered. At least I got to listen to incessant beeping for the entire time.

The food is always great. Granted it should be the same with a fast food chain it’s always the same when I come to this particular Wendy’s. The customer service is great. The staff is very friendly and fast! Great spot for fast food!

Food is good enough, but the girl working the cash register, just now, was so unprofessionally rude. Not only does she not smile, but she responds cold and fast to questions about what comes on the sandwich (it was our first time there), and onviously hates her job. It’s one thing to receive poor service, but I wanted to slap her, too.

4 stars because it is a fast food joint, But the customer service gets 5 and they always get my meal right, THEY ALWAYS GIVE STRAWS! The people are pretty nice, whomever is the manager does a good job because over the years this place has been in good-​clean condition and fast.
Also its one of those newly reconstructed Wendys so this palce is in tip top shape.

For fast food, not bad. After a long flight delay and arriving back in Hollywood-​Ft Lauderdale, we stopped here for a late night bite to eat. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. It was so unlikely in a fast food joint that it deserved a review. Kudos to you Wendy’s cashier!
