Dunkin’ Donuts

Unfortunately this is the closest dunkin to me as I live in Navarre. Consistently the doughnuts have barely any frosting on them. My husband really loves Dunkin Doughnuts and sometimes I’ll stop in here to surprise him but the doughnuts are so sub par that I won’t even bother, I’d rather just go to Walmart– cheaper and better quality.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience here. The drive thru attendant was impatient and the cashier at the window was ill mannered. Nonetheless, both were extremely rude. Is it too much to ask for mannerly customer service these days? Not only were there issues with the staff but the donuts I ordered were cold and tasted like they had sat out all day, they were tossed sloppily into a bag, and instead of a caramel frappé I received an ice coffee.

Es una tienda con mucha variedad de donas. El café no es el mejor pero esta bueno. Les recomiendo las donas de fresa y las de sabor a pastel. La entrada y salida un poco confusa y necesitan mas parking!!!

The donuts tasted great, but the holes in the middle were far to large to fit myself in. I was only able to get pleasure by eating them. And the coffee was hot, it hurt my chest. Otherwise good job.

Great coffee, lattes & donuts. The manages & team members are always polite, friendly & smiling. They have always gone out of there way to make me feel welcome. My favorite Dunkin Donuts.

How can you every say anything wrong about Dunkin Donuts, the best coffee and donuts available they just do it right. Love the taste of their coffee and donuts, glazed and old Fashion are the best.

Oh, dear Dunkin’ Donuts. What in the world do you put in your iced coffee? Is it cocaine, or no is it meth? I have no idea but you keep me coming back for more on the daily.
Yes, I frequent this Dunkin’ and I do have to say the drive thru is more pleasant than entering this establishment. I decided to sashay my way inside today, happy as a clam to be getting my drug of choice and the poor woman working the counter looked like she wanted to be anywhere but at work. I can understand that but do you really have to look as miserable today? Hopefully it was something else going on. And my iced coffee wasn’t as good. I’m giving them 4 stars though because drive thru crew has always been on «pernt» as the young kids say.
Keep making my meth, coke, amazing iced coffee you amazing DD employees and smile! How upsetting is it to really be surrounded by caffeine and donuts anyways?

After all the «National Donut Day» advertisements flooded my social media all day I had to go in! My small vanilla iced coffee was made decently although the did not put in the usual amount of sugar. We did however order a medium hazelnut swirl iced latte and it was terrible. They had accidentally made it with the sugar free syrup and basically just tasted like cold black coffee. They were very nice about remaking it and both times we had received the coffee it was actually a size large instead of a medium. I didn’t receive my receipt so I’m not sure if I was charged for a medium or a large. Either way I was pleased with the service of them remaking the drink, who cares about a larger size problem? Our donuts were fresh and the variety was light but considering they were giving free donuts out all day I expected that. Employees were nice today and actually spoke to us unlike the last time I had visited. One disappointment was the coolata machine being broken. Words of advice, if you want a good donut selection go early in the day and if you want your coffee made correctly the first time go to one of the three area starbucks.

Worst donut place ever! They have no idea how to package donuts! I got chocolate frosted and by the time I took the box home all the frosting was on the top of the box. I love chocolate frosted… This just ruined my entire day!!! Thanks dunkin donuts. I won’t be back…

I have to disagree with the folks who say that the service is bad, having been there several times over the last several months I’ve always gotten prompt and friendly service from John behind the counter. Today I also met Bryce, the general manager, who was kind enough to inform me about their K-​cup sale (my girlfriend loves the pumpkin spice). We also tried out some of their holiday coffees: the snickerdoodle latte which tastes a bit like a gingerbread latte from Starbucks, and the sugar cookie which was sweet but not overwhelming as I had feared it would be. While I’ve had better at some local coffee shops and even Starbucks, both were good bargains for the price.
It’s not always the best coffee, but it comes at a low price and with good service, so I can’t complain and will definitely be back.

Quality and consistency have dipped badly here since my initial review. I order the same Mocha coffee every visit, and my wife has ordered the same skinny caramel latte, both hot, and every single time it tastes different. Today, my wife’s drink was half full of coffee and the other half was straight froth. She ordered a blueberry donut, which was sold out so she changed to a Maple donut and they gave her a vanilla donut with chocolate stripes. My mocha coffee has been watery tasting with way too much mocha. We would love to see more consistency in the drinks… Starbucks is expensive, but also has a very consistent product.

It’s donuts! Can’t go wrong with donuts haha. I went later at night, maybe a a couple of hours before closing so I was thinking the donuts might be a little eh but they were still delicious! Probably one of only a couple places you’ll be able to find maple donuts. Haven’t found them at the local grocery store bakery
The service was awesome, staff was helpful in choosing what kind was good and certain donuts that weren’t so good also and they were really friendly and were cracking jokes. A great donut place for sure, I’ll make my way over there one of these mornings and get some fresh donuts!

I mean, it’s Dunkin Donuts for goodness sakes. The coffee is good, the prices are reasonable, the staff is always friendly, and I’d say 95% of the time they’re accurate with my orders.
My 4 year old daughter is obsessed with their hashbrowns. The pumpkin donut is by far the best donut I’ve ever had. Not too sweet, very soft, and deliciously spicy (not hot). Try it while you can.

The coffee is great. Much cheaper (and better imo) than starbucks and military discounts are nice too. I’ve always enjoyed dunkins variety of donuts more than crispy crème, especially the munchkins! They are a regular for me and my unit.

While travelling through Florida I just had to stop to get my K-​cup fix to bring back to California. This Ft Walton Beach location was awful! Ordered a breakfast sandwich which they forgot the cheese. Sent it back and the second time… the egg was ICE COLD! No need to send it back a 3^rd time. Also a child notified staff that milk had been spilled, no one cleaned it up during our 30 min stay. Good News… I was only passing through. Had this been my normal location, I would have found another breakfast spot!

Love the sandwiches and the coffee is simply the best. The donuts, well they’re good too.
