Buffalo Wild Wings

The food here was total bull crap. Literally. It tasted looked and smelled like it. Gross. If you want dukey on a platter come here. The TVs were not even HD. I mean come on I could get an HD TV at a garage sale. I’d do less bet there isn’t any worse. One star.

I will admit that the service can be slow but management cares about their customers. The food is always good. Don’t go during a UFC fight!

We were seated at a table, which was too small for four people considering all of the bs in the middle of the tables. The Ultimate Nachos were stale and some were hard to even bite through. It had more lettuce on it than all the other toppings combined. I assume our waitress was new and still in training so I can let some of the slow service slide. We ordered simple meals which took 40 minutes to arrive! The only plus side to the entire time there was the short wait to be seated on a Friday evening. I wouldn’t eat there again even if the meal was free.

It may be my local Wild Wings but I would put it up there with any other I’ve been to. Good service, cold beer, and a consistent menu. Best place within 5 miles.

Got take-​out for lunch. Eating it now. The chicken in my «buffalito» is super dry and chewy. Not impressed at all. It’s edible. Won’t be back.

I have given this location two chances. Both visits were pretty much identical. I’m writing this review of last Friday night only because it was my birthday dinner and the second chance to redeem the restaurant and staff. Parking is always difficult to find here but that is not the problem. Upon entering the door there is a hostess stand. There will never be a hostess standing at that podium. There were many faces standing around wondering what to do and how to be seated. I stood there for a moment trying to figure that out myself. While scoping out the restaurant I saw the waitresses standing to the corner just looking at tables, a manager wearing a red Polo walking aimlessly and exactly 8 empty and clean tables just in eyesight. We stood there for about 10 maybe 15 minutes and were NEVER once greeted by any member of the staff. This was my first cue to get out of there that night. I’ve been a waitress and a hostess before. My family owns three restaurants, not acknowledging your customers at all is a huge no-​no. In fact that’s how you lose them. Being that I really wanted bww that night, we left and drove to the hulen location and we’re seated and served drinks withing 20 minutes of walking out of the door of Lake worth location. If you want great wings and even better service in Lake worth, I strongly suggest to skip this bww and phone in an order to wingstop.

Went tonight for dinner, place was packed as usual for Saturday night. Jennifer provided horrible service and our waitress was terrible. Food was okay, the wings literally had no sauce, Dr Pepper was just carbonated water. Overall, not the best experience

We were waiting to be seated for 30 minutes and as we waited a family of 8 came in after us and Jennifer seated them before us because they constantly kept nagging about how there was a booth open and they were hungry and want to be seated. Server was also very rude. Asked the people in booths behind and in front how they were but never once asked our booth.

Typical B-​Dubs. Food is solid and the wait staff is a little overworked. The equipment is in good working order and the sound is about as good as it’s going to get considering the atmosphere.

Saturday night. TCU game. UFC fight night.
We weren’t expecting any of that but even though we waited for a table for a good half an hour we had a good time.
My partner was unwell but we had wedges, which were so yum (who charges for sour cream?) And a cocktail to share — a twisted margarita. That was also to die for. (Ended up ordering another!)
I had some sort of taco/​wrap things and my partner had a pulled pork sandwich.
The taco things were lovely. The pork was dry and Mr partner ended up eating about two bites of it.
The atmosphere was alive for the TCU game and then we figured we might add well stay for the fight too. Server was happy for us to do so, even though we didn’t order anything else.
Not bad really.

Service doesn’t even deserve a star. Get the manager off his ass to help and maybe it would be a better place!

Excellent food… there’s where the positive stops.
The manager watches his helpless staff while BS’ing with his friends while the hardworking bartender gets swamped. Turns out there were two managers on duty (double the ineptitude). Instead of caring for their patrons, various games and gossip were the excitement for the staff at the front of the Restaraunt.
I feel exceptionally terrible for the cooks. They’re in the back slinging quality wings, while their tip out percentages are being destroyed by the front of house.
I would love the opportunity to speak in detail to the franchise owner if he dares reach out.

Went here to watch the UFC fight. We opted to sit on the patio because the inside was overcrowded but it was just as crowded to the point where you could barely move around. The patio floor was covered in spilled drinks, food, napkins, you name it. The servers are extremely rude, they walk away before you are done speaking. I had to go inside to find another server for silverware because ours was no where to be found. Our original server came back with it and she rudely slammed them down on the table. A fight broke out on the patio and at first the manager seemed to have it under control and made the people leave but then 45 minutes later the same group of people returned and hopped the patio «gate» and the fight broke out again. This place is not worth visiting. Safety, lack of cleanliness and poor service tells me to go to any other location but this one. But if you don’t care about all that — the food is decent, the beers are cold and they have a lot of tvs!

I don’t normally write reviews, but I feel it necessary to point out the poor staff at this establishment. This would be a 1 star review if it werent for the fact that i enjoy their mango habanero sauce. When i told the hostess that I would prefer to wait for a booth to be cleared for my family to be seated in, I was told that the uncleaned booth was for another group. The group that came in behind us. So, for whatever reason this group was entitled to the booth over my family… very interesting

Wings, fries, tv, beer. Sports bar that family can also go to. No breasts in my face, that’s a big plus.

Ever want to go to a place where they have a live buffalo with fake wings attached to its back walking around behind the bar as you sip on a beer and eat some wings? Me to, but this isn’t that place (if you find it let me know).
It’s a sports bar, with sports bar atmosphere and sports bar drinks. The wings are consistently good, but nothing to write home about. The staff is friendly and they do a good job of making sure that your order is correct, served while it’s hot and that you like what you’ve ordered.
This is a good place to go if you’re looking for a not-​to-​rushed, not-​to-​long lunch. This is your place if you’re looking for game watching and bar food. This is the place to go if your a fan of chain chicken wing restaurants.
This is not the place to go if you’re looking for fine dining, live buffalo or peace and quite during the «big game».

I’m about to sound like a grouchy old lady here, but I don’t care: It absolutely drives me crazy how loud it is in here. Why does it feel like I’m going into a nightclub when I’m just trying to share some wings with my coworkers? You can hardly hear each other in here — and especially if you’re in a larger group and are sitting farther away from each other.
The service here is very slow. Now, I’ve only been to this location during lunch so I can only speak for my experience in the afternoons… But I’ve been here enough times to know that if I’m in a hurry I can’t come here for lunch. The food takes a long time to come out from the kitchen and never seems to taste as fresh as it probably should because they’ve had it sitting under a heat lamp for way too long.
Pro tip: they have a frequent diner card for lunch time. You get one stamp for each visit. If you come on Mondays, you get two stamps. After enough stamps, you get $ 5 off your next lunch.

Not much into this place, so loud. Is everybody drunk except me? Go for the wings not the beer and both times probably a year apart came to the same conclusion. Beer must be their specialty,

Is it really that hard to make sure ALL of the chicken wing has sauce on it? Again, is it that hard to have the chicken wings and fries done around the same time so both are hot when served. If I ordered chicken wings at Waffle house, I might expect them not to get it right, but GEEZ, WINGS is in the name of your place, so get them right.
The only saving grace here is the TV’s, pretty servers, cold beer and my smokin’ hot wife to remind me the world will be ok, even if these wings sucked!
