Went here for lunch on a weekday with hubby.
The sprite tasted like carbonated water. After informing a worker, he said he would change it. I saw him go to the back and a moment later come back to the front. He was taking another customer’s order so I waited to see if he would let me know it was ready after. He finished and went about his business. I finally got up to test the sprite and it was good. I guess it would’ve been courtesy if he let me know it was good to go.
I still give it 4 stars bc food is consistently good. Love their fries and lemon pepper wings. There’s enough flavor in the food, but sometimes I dip my fries and wings in hubby’s ranch sauce bc their ranch is really good too.

It’s terrible when a business can’t keep up with demand and tell people they can’t walk in and order cause they are to busy. Did you not know the Super Bowl was feb1st? You’ve had a year to prepare for this day yet you refuse service for people wanting to dine in or carry out. If you can’t keep up with business then you shouldn’t be in business!

Love loved fried wings! They have awesome sauces to cover them up with. Not feeling the seasoning on the fries, but I asked for them unseasoned and double fried! Crispy fries are the only way to go.

I am staying at the La Quinta hotel tonight here in Lake Worth. Wing Stop is just around the corner. What an absolute treat for a late night snack. I have eaten at Wing Stops for years. I love the consistency of the food. I always know what I’m going to get, and I always know it’s going to taste delicious. Tonight was no different. The staff was nice and very friendly. The food was delicious. I say excellent job!

Even after a complaint on their facebook page & a complaint to corporate I have had no apology and no one has even bothered to call or email me doing the right thing to fix the situation! They KNEW and order had been placed and chose not to fill it, they KNEW an order had been placed and chose to call us liars and tell us we didn’t know what we were talking about. They could have made things right by redoing the order but chose not to. The people at corporate notified the LW store of my complaint & it has been 2 weeks and no one has bothered to get back with me! I have called 2 other times to speak to a manager & been told both times there is never one there! No wonder they are allowed to treat customers poorly, they get away with it and no one ever trains them differently… I hope people read this & AVOID this location! GO TO THE ONE ON 28^th Street, the customer service there is amaxing!

My family loves wing stop. We always get the Cajun & lemon pepper ones with cheese & fries. This location is great. Clean restrooms, great staff. We come here often.

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had at a wingstop.
Keep in mind I only ordered two large fries and veggie sticks. I DID NOT ORDER PROTEINS. yep I didn’t get any chicken. I know it’s weird I only got fries but hey. They’re good.
It took 23 min to get my order. That’s unacceptable.
I think they work on one ticket at a time. Which is well I don’t need to say it. It’s not productive.
GET SMART! Read people. Use that diploma. If you see every order has fries. Fry up a whole bag of fries please. Have it ready.
It felt like they had to grow our potatoes to get our fries. Not to mention the celery.
Eat here if you like waiting.

I grew up a wingstop fan. Nothing’s changed.
This particular location, my fries (a must order for me) seemed a bit undercooked. Half of my basket was a bit mealy.
The new lousianna rub was tasty! I’ll be integrating that into my normal order from here on out.
Any wing stop email club discounts MUST be printed. They won’t take them off your mobile phone. Get green wingstop!
