So I love mcdonalds and they’re pretty universal which is why they get 3 stars HOWEVER customer service at this particular one on the night of the 15th/morning of the 16th was unacceptable. I called to see if they were open, drive thru was but lobby closed, and to see if they had wifi. The man who answered the phone was rude right off the bat. I’m in the service industry so I just have a tendency to be overly nice on the phone. He YELLED at me for asking about the wifi and said I couldn’t use it. He told me that I was not allowed to sit in the parking lot. I explained to him that I would be going through the drive thru so I wasn’t just coming to bum their internet and he still said that wasn’t allowed. «No cars in parking lot!» We sat there for about 30 seconds in silence and I took a deep breath(trying not to lose my cool) and said«are you really going to tell me that I can’t come get a meal through your drive thru and use your wifi for about 5 mins while I’m there?» And he replied with«fine» and hung up. And these are the kind of people that are demanding $ 15/hr?! Shame on you sir. Even on my worst day at my work I am still 10x better with my customers than you are.

Little slow on getting the food. But for the only thing here not bad. Food is good but then again it’s just McDonald so there’s nothing special.

How ironic to have a McDonald’s in a hospital. It is kind of like Dr. Drew selling marijuana cigarettes on Celebrity Rehab but I digress… It’s a McDonalds… just in a Hospital. The burgers taste the same, the fries are the same. you just pay more and you are in closer proximity to to a heart surgeon. The sad thing is this McDonalds actually beats the pants off of the Hospital cafeteria(and I like cafeteria food)(the cafeteria is in the basement by the way and you get the feeling as you are walking towards it that some enterprising thugs put up fake signs to lure unsuspecting people to the basement to mug).
