Against my better judgement and after an extremely poor experience with Customer Service at the Ridgmar Location, my Wife and I dropped off her SUV at this location on Saturday. We had purchased their full«Road Hazzard» package when we last replaced all four tires and that«protection plan» was the only reason I even considered returning. We returned and picked the vehicle up at 6pm and the employee said«nail in the tire it’s all plugged no charge you are good to go», WOW… could it be it was just the Ridgmar location??? Sunday morning we woke up to not a slow leak but a completely flat tire… I immediately called the location on West Loop 820 and spoke with the Manager Zach, who was extremely sharp and rude and immediately told me I must have ran over another nail. Even stating he just put 4 tires on an Escalade and they got two nails immediately after leaving the parking lot. Refused to take responsibility and even said their plugs sometimes come out!!! He did say he would look at it if I could get it there by 6pm. Frustrated with the obvious lack of customer care(these tires were not inexpensive) and his admitted use of subpar materials for his repairs I decided to go to a competitor. I stood at the bay while this Service Tech did his job and watched. The new shop could not even find evidence of a plug/repair!

GOODLORD, the wait at this place was incredible. Actually incredible… I was the only person there, and it took over an hour and a half to change a battery and an inspection. I gave two stars because the manager was very nice and apologetic… I am convinced it would take these guys an hour and a half to watch 60 minutes… Beware people, beware!

Wow. People on here are whiney. 1 star because his car didn’t pass an inspection? Jeez. These guys were awesome. My boat trailer had a blow on the highway not more than 500 yards away from this location. It was on a Sunday and they were short staffed and rather busy. Scott, who answered the phone when I called, was super nice and went out of his way to help me out. I detached the boat and drove over there to get a wretch, a few sockets, and a jack. One of the mechanics loaned me his personal set since all of the store’s run on air. I popped off the wheel and brought it up to them and they changed it pretty quick considering they were busy. They told me to swing thru the parking lot with the boat trailer and they will check all the other tires real fast. Super good crew here. Highly recommend.

We went to help pay for my moms tire and dealt with the rudest person. Store was not busy, the guy was put off by any questions we had, he asked if we wanted warranty and literally gave us a look when asked how much. He spent most of his time smoking in the garage. We get that people have bad days, but check that at the door or call in. Our debit card wasn’t reading I their machines and it didn’t say declined either but this guy was not wanting to deal with us at all. We went to the ATM, the card worked and came back with cash. Seriously, it’s tires. Customer satisfaction is not much to ask from any business.

I went to the White Settlement store located at 144 West Loop 820 South(access Rd at White Settlement Rd) thinking I’d get a simple inspection for my pick up instead of going to my usual place in town. Boy did I ever regret that! The manager, Cory, seems nice enough, but he refused to pass it because he claimed the power steering unit was leaking. That’s a new one for me. Now this is a sound old 1997 pick up with over 200,000 miles on it that hasn’t had an engine wash for probably 4 years or more. So, I take it to the car wash, wash the engine, pay particular attention to the area around the PSU, put 3 or 4 ounces of fluid in the unit, and knowing that it was fine, went back a few days later. This time he said there was still an oily residue too near the steering unit which I had missed. This really pissed me off. Of course, he already had my 40 bucks and wasn’t about to refund it, so even though I could easily afford to throw it away, I did the dirty splattering car wash trip again with more engine cleaner, strictly on the principle of the thing, and the third time there he finally passed it. As I told him, the second time I could have easily simply said my mechanic repaired a hose and that’s that, but I’m not going to compromise my integrity just to appease his picky attitude. Beware if you want a simple inspection here. There will always be something that can be found if you look hard enough. There are plenty of ‘no pass– no pay’ stations in other areas of town, Lancaster Ave comes to mind. Ooh Rah

I had a coupon for a $ 19.99 oil change and they honored it without any extra add on’s. NTB also rotated my tires for that price. They were pretty fast and courtliest.
