Prepare to wait 20 minutes in the drive through if you’re coming for coffee in the morning during the work week. This Starbucks seriously needs to consider changing their approach to serving guests in the morning. Their location already puts them at a disadvantage for a smooth drive through due to lack of space. I would visit this Starbucks a lot more often if it didn’t take so long to get through the line.

Stopped by on my way to work to pick up a coffee & breakfast sandwich. Didn’t like the sandwich so I took it back. The girl with the long blond hair working at 6:00 in 1−23−16 was the rudest ever ! Asked her if I could get a coffee & I would pay the difference because I didn’t like the sandwich and she rolled her eyes and threw the sandwich in the trash like she was crazy ! Selye told the guy making my coffee something & he looked at me ugly. I said thank you and he replied«yup» !

If your willing to wait 30min+ for a fancy cup of coffee this is your place. Try to hit up before heading to work, and that has been a joke. People driving away all around due to the crazy wait times. Managers need to re-evaluate scheduling or staffing needs at this location.

This location is the worst in regards to time. No matter when I stop by the wait is always 20+ minutes in the drive thru. Management really needs to evaluate the reasons behind the wait. Other locations have huge lines and I am through it in 5 – 10 minutes.

I totally agree with the other peoples’ posts on the waiting time at this location. It used to be quicker, probably a managerial overtone-to be nice. Although, I cannot complain due to how close, and convenient this location is on the way to work. If this Starbucks cease to exist I would be unhappy, and would have to travel out of my way to the one off of Hulen/I30…so none of that now. A tip, if your anything less than a coffee fiend like I am I recommend having the Starbucks app. You can order ahead of time on the phone and pick up at the store. Also, after you become a gold member, every 12th buy gets you a free drink or item.

I don’t come to this location very often since I’m on the same side of the highway I will go to the one off of 199. However every time I have came here the service has been great! Very very friendly! The drive thru is a little slow however it is right off the highway so it is a popular location.

Delicious drinks that help me get through the day. Always friendly service. Never had an incorrect order.

Slowest Starbucks EVER! Convenient to work, so I stop here often, but about 20% of the time they get my drink order wrong and even if I go in there’s no urgency. I normally just get a pike roast coffee. It’s not time consuming… Although they are friendly …,

Love going here but probably will go rarely now. The roof of my mouth has blistered and torn since eating a pepperoni and tomato turn over. I left it in the seat of my car to cool for ten minutes before I took a bite, still burned me. Also ordered a venti, paid for venti, got a small but I didn’t want to risk being late for work.

I’ve never been to a Starbucks where it takes 15 – 20 minutes to get a drink. This place is slow to say the least. Will never stop here again…

Worst Starbucks North America. I politely ordered my beverage and snack and the grouchy barista was extremely rude. She smarted off to my face as though I’m so stupid I wouldn’t understand she was being sarcastic. She further insulted me by sneering to a fellow employee, «I’m trying not to laugh,» in the most condescending tone possible. Apparently this is typical here, because the rest of the hateful staff acted like nothing was out of the ordinary. Apparently she is also racist, as she treated the customers after me, who were of her race, much kinder and with the proper respect due to a patron of the Starbucks franchise. I hope that Starbucks soon rights the terrible injustice that befell me at this atrocity purporting itself to be a coffee shop. I advise anyone seeking an enjoyable coffee experience or fair-minded place to work to avoid this satanic place of evil.

I love Starbucks, I gave it nearly 3 years of my life and I give it a quarter of my paycheck now. I know that baristas have bad days and I know that a lot of customers can be total assholes, so I’m not going to give this the 2 star rating my heart desires. However, there is one tip that I’d like to give the baristas at this particular location: your voices carry across the lobby, so when you’re dramatically complaining about the lady in drive-thru being obnoxious and not knowing how to order properly, you’re pelting your lobby-guests with«I wonder what they said about me» phobias. It also doesn’t help when you scream into the headset 5 times for the woman to pull forward in her car so the lady behind her can order at the speaker… if she didn’t hear you the first two times, Tarzan, she’s not going to hear you the fifth time. Not to mention that it took 10 minutes to get two drinks that didn’t require any milk-steaming or real effort on the barista’s behalf… of course, who doesn’t mind waiting for the cashier to finish her text message before remembering to put the sticker on your cup and in-line behind the other drinks that came after you ordered yours? On a better note, my drink tasted perfect and for whatever reason, this isn’t a consistent victory of mine at Starbucks. If you have to go here, at the very least, your drink will taste right, if there is another Starbucks you can hit on the way to wherever, GPS yourself to it and don’t look back.

I love the baristas at this very busy location. The line is always long between 7 am and 8 am, but it never takes long to get through it. They must have a phenomenal, finely orchestrated team in there. As I mentioned in another status, I ordered a drink in the drive-through and realized I had forgotten my wallet at home. I wanted to sneak out of line and drive away in shame, but instead, I was honest with them. I think the barista’s name is Sawyer who let me have my drink AND oatmeal for free because I’m a «regular». I paid them back in tips the next time I passed by.

My husband goes here every single morning for black tea. The morning employees are always on the ball. It gets really crowded and they handle it so well. If you come here enough they will call you by name. I feel like they go over and above with little extras like if you are looking for something(cups or coffee) that you don’t see they will search the stockroom or if they see it later they have put stuff up so my hubby could buy it next time he was in. As far as the drinks, it’s a Starbucks… not much you can change about that. It’s the employees that make this one special. Parking tip: There are three parallel spaces on the drive thru window side by the curb that if you can park there you don’t get stuck trying to pull out in the drive thru lane traffic that is wrapped around the building.

After getting stuck in traffic, my first cup of coffee did not last long enough to get me to Granbury, so I stopped in here to get another cup. I did not think to ask if I could just get a refill, but the barista at this location was so friendly I think she might just have done it. Only other thing I have to point out is that the entry to the parking lot is past the store(if you are coming along the access the road). I did not see it first and turned in at the Jack In The Box right next door(before you come to the Starbucks).
