I’ve only been here once and won’t be back. I ordered a chicken artichoke flatbread from their drive thru and ate it on my 30 minute drive to my destination. Upon arriving to my destination, I was sick as a dog. I had food poisoning for sure. Wouldn’t recommend this location drive 1 minute up the road to the Starbucks location in the plaza.

Really great coffee but… I went through the drive thru and ordered a drink and a pastry. I get to the window and he tells me he is all out of the pastry. I order a different one and he tells me to pull around. He said they would heat it when they had time and someone would bring it out. Quick drive thru time is more important than a customer getting to work on time.

Overall the service here is pretty good. It was a little rocky to start but then they got things rolling pretty smoothly. Lately though things have gotten rocky again. Long lines, etc. Some of the staff I’m use to seeing seem be gone. In the drive through last week a nice young lady was helping me and the rudest lady tried to butt in. Older lady with dark hair. Not sure if she was a manger or what. It was really awkward. I felt bad for the cashier. I hate to rate the location 2 or 3 stars because the service is usually good. We’ll see how things go.

The manager at this location is horrible. I went inside because the drive through line was super long, and all hell was breaking loose behind the counter. Usually Starbucks coffee shops run like well oiled machines, but here everyone was running around frantically trying to keep up with orders, even though they were running this shop with a staff of at least 7 employees. The manager was barking orders in an angry tone and loudly griping at employees for not doing a better job and being able to keep up with orders. It was the most unprofessional thing I’ve ever seen at a Starbucks restaurant. The atmosphere was so uncomfortable and full of tension because of the managers behavior. Usually Starbucks locations in this area are packed during the peak times, but I was there at 9am and every seat was empty. There was no music playing… Only the overbearing sound of the angry manager berating her staff. It was appalling. The coffee and food was good, typical Starbucks quality, now if only they could just figure out the customer service part of the equation…

I needed a coffee before heading next door to get my truck serviced so I went through the drive-through. The service was very efficient and I was up to the window in minutes receiving my piping hot coffee just like I ordered it. No complaints here at all!

Not my new place! I met a friend here to grab coffee and chat. I had the worst customer service I have ever received. I ordered my usual and for my friend, a grande non fat latte with no foam. Well, it came with foam. When she discovered the foam and took it back to the barista to ask her to scoop the foam out, the manager was so awful to her. She snatched the drink out of her hand and told her«no we can’t scoop the foam out, we have to remake it– next time you order tell us no foam.» To which my friend replied that I, in fact did order no foam. Instead of apologizing or acting like a MANAGER, she then told my friend«no you didn’t. I took the order and I didn’t hear no foam». Loudly. WTH. I was sitting in my chair watching this whole time– other people were looking up and staring at this interaction. My friend was embarrassed. I promptly got up and told my friend that we were leaving. We did not wait for a remade drink and I left mine on the counter in front of the manager. I will never return to this Starbucks. Maybe this lady was having a bad day? Maybe she hates her job? Maybe she is just a troll to everyone? I don’t know and I don’t care. I’ll never be back.
