The service I receive here is well welcoming and makes me feel comfortable when coming in to order something to go. The drive thru line never to long of a wait because of their fast service!

While Starbucks is my last choice for coffee, the drip is always drinkable. Today the pike place roast was insipid burnt and watered down to the point of being Undrinkable. Ive tried to make contact both via phone and in person, and no one seems to care. I didn’t even want a refund– just stop serving that mess to people who need their caffeine. Absolutely terrible.

This is your standard Starbucks drive through layout shop. You drive around the building and the exit is shared with the Chick-​fil-​A so be prepared to be patient or if you drive a beater then be aggressive, the families in their Suburbans don’t want to play ‘chicken’ with you. This location has always delivered a great cup of joe, and they have spruced up the ugly exterior of the building that only drive through guests see with nifty recycled wood framed pictures of coffee plantations.

I have never had a bad experience with the drive thru here. It is quick and whoever is helping is always nice and talkative.
However, ordering a drink inside is terrible. I don’t usually order anything complicated from Starbucks, but they still manage to take forever at this one. My brother ordered himself just a simple coffee through the app and when we got there 5 or so minutes later, it hadn’t even been started. The store was completely empty and there were employees just walking around doing nothing. We had to get the attention of someone to tell them we had an order waiting and that I also wanted to order an iced tea. They got his coffee started and done and didn’t start my tea until they had made 3 or 4 of the drive thru orders done, despite the fact that there were extra baristas waiting around. It’s extra annoying that you can see them right there doing nothing!

In the mornings this is one of the absolutely quickest Starbucks you’ll ever find when it comes to a drive through or line. It’s great when you’re on your way to work. However for whatever reason, the weekend afternoons are a 15 to 20 minute wait consistently to get a drink. I believe it’s just the difference in staff although I’m not sure. Just be prepared if you come here during that time. Bring a good book and a lot of patience. They deserve a 5 star for weekday meanings but a one star for the weekend afternoons.

I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks’ in my life. I’ve even been to this one a few times before and I’ve never experienced such dishevelry (not a word). Not only were most of the employees just walking around the store, not greeting anyone or helping, but there were also flies everywhere! It was gross.
The girl that helped me barely talked to me and didn’t even give me a straw, while the guy that helped the woman after me wouldn’t reload her card because he «wasn’t trained on that.»
The only thing keeping me from calling corporate (mostly because the fly thing is really gross and should be taken care of) is that my drink was, in fact, made perfectly. But part of going to Starbies is the overall experience, which this team lacks. I would still definitely go here if you just plan to go through the drive-​through. The drink was great, and is usually a drink that people mess up.

This is not my regular Starbucks, thank goodness, but the 3 times I have been in there the service has been awful. The last time I had to ask the same batista twice to give me 3 inches of room in my americano. The 2^nd time she rolled her eyes and said she’d get someone else to make it. I guess she doesn’t buy into the batista promise.

I’m sorry, but I don’t think it’s very considerate for the staff to have a LOUD meeting, complete with conference calls on speaker, in the booth next to a paying customer who is clearly trying to work. Especially when there are several OPEN tables. Can’t they have a meeting somewhere else? Or at least acknowledge that they’re being disruptive and apologize? Apparently not.

This is the fastest and most consistent Starbucks I’ve been to in Fort Worth!
They have the morning dive through down, the line goes by so fast and the staff is very very friendly and helpful. I always go to this Starbucks on weekday mornings.

Convenient location! There is plenty of seating inside and outside. Would come here to catch up with a friend.

My favorite Sbux. The two guys that run the drive thru put a smile on my face every morning. They are so sweet! My drinks are always correct and piping hot. I have never been inside– this place is on my commute to work so it’s strictly drive thru for me here. Love it!

On my last trip to Fort Worth I was in need of killing a few hours to let traffic die down and I remembered I used to come here all the time to study. But this time it was a great place with AC and chairs to rest and charge my laptop and phone.
They have a good amount of windows to allow in ambient light. It’s never too crowded and remains fairly quiet.

This is by far the most efficient Starbucks around. I would drive out of my way to go to this location.

I know that most people by now have probably been to a Starbucks, however, not everyone has been to *this* Starbucks. The employees are friendly, and the food and drinks are exactly as ordered.
The best thing about this specific Starbucks is how quickly you are able to order and receive your food/​drink from the drive-​thru. They have a person planted outside before you get to the menu to take orders (The downside is you have to know what you want, because you are not able to stare at a menu and ponder).This location probably sets world records for the fastest «tall skinny caramel macchiato with one splenda.» I just love that I can drive through on the way to work and not have to worry about being late.

How to alienate your customers: 1. Tell them coffee is bad for them. 2. Dont smile, greet or acknowledge your customers in any way, even though they are the only ones in the store. 3. Make a kid’s cocoa, and put it on the bar without a kind word or smile, just out of said kid’s reach. 4. Tell your customer you can’t brew his coffee because the urns are being cleaned. Don’t offer a French press, either. Coffee is unhealthy, remember? UGH!!!

I love this Starbucks Drive-​Thru… It’s fast and efficient. No waiting around or being stuck behind cars. The people who work here always get my drink right since unfortunately I’m one of those very specific people. Staff is super sweet and friendly, always a great start to my day!

I am a «drive-​thru» only customer of this Starbucks, usually on the weekends when I often need my dose of caffeine before I’m ready to get out of my pajamas. Thus the «Pajama Starbucks Run» that I’m fond of making to get my coffee or tea to take back home to sip in bed while I catch up on email and other online reading.
But enough about my pajamas and back to Starbucks. This location absorbed some of my favorite baristas after the Hulen/​Camp Bowie store closed. AND they have a drive-​thru. Parking isn’t bad either but the drive-​thru rocks.
They are fast and efficient and only once in three years have I drivien off with anything that was NOT my order. They are friendly too. Sometimes TOO friendly for a girl who hasn’t had her caffeine yet. And they never make fun of or comment on my pajamas.
They get knocked down 0.5−1.0 stars because they sometimes have newbies working the drive-​thru who can’t seem to comprehend any order that isn’t specifically printed on the drive-​thru menu. This sometimes results in me having to have a drink remade on the fly while I idle at the window. But they usually find a way to make it up to me.
Caffeine + Pajamas = Awesome.
