I drove to this store based on the Unilocal reviews, the store was dirty, the furniture was cheap quality and most looked used. I felt I needed a shower when I left! The photos posted were NOT taken at this store. I found a side table I could possibly use but there was a very wide crack going up the back leg. The sales person said they could take $ 10 off! No Thank You!

Wonderful customer service/​sales over the telephone. I called the store, on a whim, described what I wanted for dining furniture & the sales person told me she had it. Lo & behold, when I visited the store, she was right! Saved me a lot of time & stress! I will be back. In fact, I’m looking at the online lamp inventory now.

The furniture was nice unfortunately they have more I will never get. The customer service was terrible. Walked in was told someone would be with us shortly. Although the lady was doing absolutely nothing it took forever to get help. When she finally went to ring us up she asked where we were from. After telling her she started bashing my hometown. Who does that? Almost walked out right there. Won’t be back.

Wow– I’m so impressed with this store’s Customer Service Department; Dorthy Escalon is FABULOUS! She has worked with the company 28 years, which tells me a lot about her … and the company! The prices are awesome– including the delivery cost! They have high quality furniture at affordable prices– I recommend this store without hesitation.

Great experience and staff was knowledgeable and friendly! Walked in and was greeted timely and not pressured. The sales person we worked with, Dorthy, was very helpful. We appreciated her attention to detail and going out of her way to be sure our experience was great. She also remembered me from week to week and answered all my questions. Quality furniture and many fabrics to choose from without paying an upcharge. Will recommend to friends and family.

Never had a company so attentive and friendly throughout my entire process. Even the delivery guys were beyond helpful, and kind. If you want a company that is going to take care of you, work with you, and has your best interest at heart, you have found it. Thank you.

My Husband and I bought our first couch from Sam’s. The store was clean and very nice inside. We knew what we wanted and received excellent customer service from the time we walked in. We did not feel pressured to buy anything else other than our couch. Picking up was easy too and quick. I would recommend Sam’s and we have to all of our friends.

We had such a pleasant experience with Sam’s Furniture! Both times we went to look at furniture, we were greeting almost immediately and offered assistance– they sales staff were helpful but not overly aggressive like some furniture stores. We really needed next day delivery to accommodate our schedule and they were able to help with that and it arrived on time and in perfect condition. The staff that delivered it did so in a very timely manner and were very cautious of our brand new hardwood floors that we just had installed! They even suggested a specific type of slider to use under our couches to avoid scratching our new floors! Wonderful store and experience– we will definitely be back!

The showroom staff has been very polite and attentive in the two times I have visited. They worked with me to get me exactly what I wanted when I wanted it, and were very clear about what my options were regarding financing.
I think the biggest thing is the movers… they were excellent! They showed up on-​time, were extremely cautious and attentive while moving in my purchases (didn’t just throw stuff around or knock things over), and took the time to make sure the pieces were put together properly and in the places I wanted them.
My friends and family asked why I chose Sam’s instead of a bigger brand furniture store… I always tell them it’s because the service is great! They have a really nice selection, paying online is easy, and their staff is wonderful.

Great place for furniture. Really inexpensive and no hassle. They usually deliver within 24 hours and will take your junk sofa away as well. Glad I came here! :)

We came here looking for some small tables for the mommy in law. Their selection is not as wide as big name furniture stores but they have variety. Not every piece looks like the last. The staff is super friendly and not pushy at all. We were very comfortable just walking thru and looking. We found the exact end tables she wanted at another store here for $ 50 less. Score! The salesman who helped us listened to what she was looking for and he directed us to their «as is» room. We found a piece that had been returned on lease that was perfect. He made us a deal and there was nothing wrong with the table. Only that it had been gently used. The buying process was quick and painless. We browsed the sofas and discovered that she had paid way too much at another store. Should have came here first. I found one for me so we are looking at being repeat customers. It is out of the way but definitely worth the drive.

I read great reviews about this place and saw that they had an A+ rating with the BBB so I felt good shopping here. I dealt with Steve who was very nice and personable. I initially just wanted to get a couch but they had a great package deal for a cherry wood coffee table and 2 end tables so I went for it. I had the scheduled delivery for 2 days later but they didn’t bring the coffee table! When I checked my paperwork, sure enough, it said I got a couch and 2 end tables… the coffee table wasn’t even listed! I knew I had paid for the package of 3 so I called Steve and told him what had happened. He was very apologetic and immediately jumped into action and got the guys to go back and pick up the coffee table and bring it to me! I was very pleased with how they corrected their error. That’s the sign of a great company! I plan on going back soon for a recliner and dining table. :)

Sam’s has been one of our «go to» furniture place when we are looking for any furniture item for our place.
We first bought a sectional here that we still use and also went back for a new dining room set.
The dining set was the last one and a floor model, got a great deal.
Nice and friendly staff, we didn’t feel like we were being hounded to make a purchase, which is always nice!
Will go back anytime were in the need for any other items!

You sit there and say that repeated attempts where made to make this right??? YOU WROTE THE BBB saying that we got angry over every attempt you made which is an out right lie! I was told to call back if my washer was not working after attempting to fix it so that YOU could replace it when you replaced the dryer. When I never received a phone call back I called to get your sales rep who told me that no replacement would be made. When transferred to HERB Weisblatt his words were out right disturbing stating YOU did enough for us and were not going to replace the washer or the dryer and we would be given a full refund. I did not understand as just the day before I was told you would be giving me a new washer and dryer when new ones came in when asking Herb what happened to that arrangement he stated that our assumptions were incorrect about the condition of the washer and dryer! Calling us a liar because your merchandise was broken! SO yes a bad experience you people are liars and crooks you lied to the BBB and your lying on here. I hope the people who read this see right through your attempts at making you and your company in the right. GOOD LUCK and no I am not done spreading the word about your company. You wasted my time and when Herb stated we would be refunded on ⁴⁄₉ so that we could arrange for a new washer and dryer to replace YOUR broken ones he said no problem again LYING when speaking with your pickup representatives PER HERB we were not to get a refund till you received your merchandise.
